When the took blood for my wife they didn't take enough for all the tests even though we told them what was needed to be done. When my wife was upset at their mistake they told her to seek an emotional support group and made her feel like she was crazy for being upset. The doctors in the office didn't give out any useful information in writing and instead just spoke extremely fast and expected us to get it all right. When we requested to have our files transferred the doctor used a medical test result to get us on the phone and then did not give us details on the results and proceeded to talk badly about the new office we were going to and why we were wrong for wanting to leave. Highly unprofessional, rude, and condescending. We are very happy at our new doctor and feel valued and appreciated. Information was typed out in a welcome packet and they explain things slowly and spent time with us. I cannot express how much I would not recommend Sunrise OBGYN. I have never felt so poorly treated by a doctor before and feel extremely confident in our decision to leave.

I mostly see Dr. Levy, whom I sing her praises, but I have seen other doctors here and I've had an equally pleasant experience with them all. I am always given adequate time in my appointment and never feel rushed out of there like I have with other clinicians in the past. I have never waited a long time to be seen, as they almost always run on time. When I gave birth to my daughter at 27 weeks, I became critically ill and it was these doctors who saved mine and my daughter's life. They're compassionate. They have amazing bedside manner. And most importantly they are experienced, intelligent, and just plain good at their jobs. I'm here today with a beautiful baby girl because of them. 5 stars and then some.

I waited less than 10 minutes and was treated respectfully by his friendly staff (a refreshing change) Dr Morgan is friendly, with a laid-back demeanor... he made me feel comfortable immediately. I went to Dr Steven Morgan as my first OBGYN for my first pregnancy. I was given a transvaginal…read moreultrasound and a gestational sac was detected at around 5.5-6 weeks. I asked if I should be worried, he said no. After the ultrasound, he gave me nothing to clean myself up just walked out of the room as fast as he could. Then, he had me do bloodwork 2 days apart. I did my bloodwork Monday afternoon and my hcg was 19k. Wednesday early morning my hcg was 28k. He then called me immediately as the results were in telling me my pregnancy will end in miscarriage. He just gave me a number for someone to give me misoprostol. He did not clarify what the medication was, made it sound like it was to help the pain of a miscarriage. He told me if I don't take it, it can take 4-5 months to pass. He really had nothing else to say to me besides go talk with that number, and calling it nonviable without doing a second ultrasound. I then called that number and they said they were confused because I was so early and had no follow up ultrasound, and my hcg levels were still increasing. Well I ended up going to the ER to get an ultrasound there. He completely missed the fact that I had a cyst on my right as well as a UTI. My baby now has a yolk sac, fetal pole, and a heart rate of 159 bpm. This man almost unalived my child. Super careless and dismissive to tell a pregnant woman that she is going to miscarry and then just send her off to take a pill to dispose of the pregnancy without any extra thought. He caused me stress, pain, and misery until I got my answer that my baby was ok. Please do yourself a favor and pick someone else. This man does not care. I wonder how many babies he has unalived by referring his patients to take that pill without giving any second thought. I also brought all of this to his attention and I was ignored. No apology or anything. This man deserves to have his license taken away.

From the receptionist's warm and friendly greeting each time I walked in, to all the other staff members including the nurse, sonographer, etc., everyone was so friendly, clean, efficient and professional. I felt I was being taken care of on a personal level and not just another name. Complete perfection! My experience with Dr. Abdelhak's care was beyond my belief. His calm, humorous, and down-to-earth demeanor gave my husband and myself a warm feeling and an assurance that we were in good hands. He wants the best for his patients and puts in great effort to achieve it. The first time I used Dr. Abdelhak, i was expecting twins and it was necessary for me to have a c-section. At 36 weeks I went to the hospital since I started having contractions. The nurses were anxious and wanted to make me a priority which made me very nervous. Dr. Abdelhak walked in and calmed everyone down. He gave the impression that he was in no rush even though he needed to leave and had a flight scheduled a few hours later! I recently gave birth again during the Covid-19 pandemic. Suffice to say that I knew I was in good hands knowing that Dr. Abdelhak and his staff were taking all precautionary measures to ensure my safety and the safety of the babies. Last but not least, the professional and absolutely amazing c-section that he performed was incredible! As mentioned, I used other doctors before Dr. Abdelhak but the way he performed the c-section and the way I felt afterwards was unparalleled. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor, and anyone who uses him is really lucky!

They tried charging me additional money for a " consultation" so if you want to go here, make sure you don't have any questions for your doctor because clearly you should just come in, spread your legs and not speak to the doctor. Just made an appointment at a place in Avon and I am very much looking forward to it after reading the wonderful reviews for my new doctor !
