I've been going to this office for 17 years now and haven't had a problem other then the wait times. I am currently pregnant and today was my second OB visit. Dr. Vetter asked me why i didn't take my antibiotic he prescribed. Confused, I asked him "what antibiotic". He proceeds to tell me I have a UTI and they called and left a message a month ago. I said, no one called me. He said, "I have right here that we called you." I said, "No, absolutely not. No one called me. I have no missed call or voicemail!" He said, "ok well, I'll just call you in a prescription now." I said, "so I've had a UTI for over a month and no one told me?!" He said, "it's ok, just take your antibiotic." I left so upset about their incompetence and irresponsibility. How do you not tell someone they have an infection, let alone a PREGNANT WOMAN! And I never even received a call from the pharmacy saying my prescription is ready so he was lying, or whoever wrote the note lied. I know it's just a UTI, but if left untreated it can become a bladder or kidney infection. And being sent to the hospital during Covid being pregnant is a high risk situation. And before you trolls get on my case, I've never had a UTI before and peeing more is a pregnancy side effect. I now have another appointment at a different OB and I will not be returning. read more

Would not recommend by any means. I experienced incredible rudeness from the front office staff when trying to get a prescription refilled. Yelling, making patients feel extremely upset, and refusing to refill prescriptions they need is the wrong way to run an office, especially when I was strictly following their directions for appointments. "NEW PATIENTS BEWARE" I was NOT informed of a NEW PATIENT charge of $250.00 ( Outrageous ! ) until I received billing statement. NOR was a Notice of this charge posted anywhere in site. My total for office visit was $555.00 ( Five Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars ) I know if I was told of this absorbent additional fee, which is not covered by any insurance company, I Would Not have made an appointment. This happens to be a trend Nationwide that these so-called doctors think that they are entitled to charge this type of fee without informing the patient. Shame on you! read more

Dr. Morgan is a fantastic doctor! I recommend her highly!!!! I'd give her 10 stars. Her office staff is very nice EXCEPT for one person. She's a younger girl. I'm not going to put her name out there, but she should NEVER work in a physician's office. I was told by the doctor to make an appointment and I just tried doing that, and this girl straight out REFUSED to make an appointment for me until she speaks with the doctor herself. I spoke with the doctor directly and she told me what to tell the office staff and I was supposed to get an appt very quickly because my doctor wants to rule out endometrial cancer. The girl at the desk not only didn't care, she basically said she didn't care what the doctor told me and will not be making this appointment for me. I hope when she's my age she doesn't need to get any very important tests to rule out cancer. If she does, she'll then understand why it's important to get the test the doctor ordered. Now I have to wait longer due to her laziness to find out if I have cancer. read more

I had a serious problem, and when I called to speak to a Dr and get some help the older woman on the phone refused to find any way to help me. She was incredibly rude and completely insensitive to the fact that I had a major gynocological problem and could not get into an urgent care do to them being backed up because of COVID and testing. The office is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. As another review mentioned, some of the front staff isn't the friendliest. Some staff stand out and are awesome like Barbara and Jackie. You do tend to wait a little for your appointment time. Over the years, I have seen all three doctors. I don't share the same fondness for Dr Vetter as some of the other reviewers. Dr Pagano is nice and ok BUT Dr Morgan is the reason I stay and continue using this practice. She has a calm, sweet demeanor with a great bedside manner. She has helped me through some Reproductive issues and when I became pregnant, she delivered my baby girl. I can't say enough good things about her. read more

My wife went here for a long time and loves the doctor. When her insurance changed her boss told her to call all the doctors to make sure the plan was accepted before they migrated to it. She called and asked for the office manager but the receptionist insisted that she did not need the office manager and she could verify the plan with her. Of course the receptionist said yes. My wife hung up and her boss told her to call back and talk to the right person. She did and the receptionist got mad that she was calling again. My wife explained that she needed to be certain and the lady repeated the plan back to her and said yes they do accept it. After a few visits and some kind of procedure the office notified my wife that the insurance was not accepted after all and that she would be responsible for the bill. She pleaded with them explaining that they assured her twice that the insurance was accepted but they offered no recourse other than paying the bill out of pocket. Here is where it gets completely unacceptable. Because my wife had me listed as her emergency contact this woman in the office starts calling me to harass me about the bill. I don't know about you but I do not want any of my doctors airing my dirty laundry to friends or relatives or anyone for that matter. First I explained that I felt this call was not an emergency and therefore she should not be using this number. I told her that we will pay it when we can but for right now it is low on the list of priorities. We have a newborn at home and my wife has been home for several months. She actually told me that we had better pay or we would be in trouble since they would send it to collections. I explained to her that this is an unusual situation since my wife did her due diligence to ensure coverage and they dropped the ball. I feel the right thing to do is to own the mistake or in the very least be very understanding with payment options. The woman said we are all responsible for our own insurance and the office is not liable. She demanded half of the bill and threatened to send it to collections again. I cannot imagine treating a client of mine this way and I advise you to stay away from this place. If I tell a client something and it doesn't happen I won my mistake instead of telling them they should have gotten the answer elsewhere. They do not care about their patients and that is the bottom line. If they did they would say that these are extenuating circumstances and work it out instead of threatening patients and calling your emergency contacts. read more

Dr. Vetter said I had HPV. I've been with my husband 18 years. He told me someone was unfaithful. My oldest is 16. I went there all my kids but 1. I was hurt and confused and never explained anything about HPV just sent for surgery that's it! I'm still hurt and have isdues trusting my husband from this, but going to different Dr. now! Dr. Morgan and Pagano are wonderful. I asked not to see Vetter and got him anyway! Best of luck!!!! read more

I love Dr Vetter and all the staff at Brick Woman's. I've been seeing Dr Vetter for about 15 years. Barbara is also always so nice and helpful. I had to have a hysterectomy last year and Dr Vetter suggested Dr Parchmont do the surgery. He was wonderful. I had a robotic hysterectomy and would recommend all woman have them lol. If I didn't love Dr Vetter so much I would switch doctors and see Dr Parchmont. Thank you all for always being a pleasure and welcoming and making me feel comfortable in every situation. read more

My daughter WAS a patient here only because Dr. Morgan is her physician and is part of this physician practice. 4 years ago, Dr Pagano, who was very pleasant and professional, delivered my grandson so this tells you my daughter is not a new patient to this group. Sadly, she had an OB appointment on 7/15 with Dr Vetter who is a complete asshole with absolutely no bedside manners who spoke extremely nasty & disrespectful to my pregnant daughter during her visit! Because she didn't agree with him on his synopsis; and told him of what her and Dr Morgan spoke of; he told her to go find another doctor because that's not going to happen if she goes into labor and he's the physician available that day! What type of way is that to treat and speak to a very hormonal pregnant woman! My daughter cried in that office because he was treating her so mean! Sorry Dr Morgan you had to lose a patient due to your ignorant physician partner's nasty disrespectful attitude & comments! Dr Vetter is the biggest asshole prick physician around!! I would hope Dr Morgan or Dr Pagano see this review and reach out to my daughter regarding the horrific treatment she received during her visit!! Shame on Dr Vetter!!! Have been seeing Dr. Vetter in Brick for years with no issue. In the past several years, I have seen a huge decrease in the level of professionalism at the front desk. They don't say hello, barely look up, and basically act as if you're annoying them and stopping them from their phone-checking or gossiping. Last year, I expressed interest in birth control to Dr. Vetter. Without offering me any of the many options available (IUD, patch, injections, etc.), he wrote a prescription for the pill. He didn't ask me my general plan for having children, or timeline, or anything. Didn't ask what my prior experience with being on the pill was like. In July, I went for my regular annual. I know insurance is garbage, but I also know my preventive yearly visit should be covered. So I was surprised when I got a bill for $73 from the office. Long story short- they billed two visits....a preventive visit and a "office visit, est. pt, level 3", because he found a lump in my breast. I have fibrocystic breasts and he finds a lump almost every time I go there. Literally all he does is write on one of those "tear away" referral papers and tell me to get it checked out. No imaging on his part, just a few extra seconds of palpating the breast, writing notes and writing the referral. read more

Me, my mom, and my sister all go here! Now we all don't. I am no longer going to this place anymore. They are horrible at keeping track of things and great at taking your money!!! Last pap they have on file for me is 2014 it's 2016 I've done 1 every year since then. How did the doctor prescribe me birth control all this time then and switch it? Before that Dr Vetter was going to give me an iud, first orders it wrong, than goes to put it in and tells me my uterus is shifted he can't put it in. I'm sorry but how does a doctor not know that and he's seen me for the last 10 years !!!!! The nurses are so rude. & they don't keep things confidential ! They tell you that you have no bill when I leave then weeks later you get a bill for 100s of dollars for them doing nothing bc they keep nothing on file. I'm so over this place. Also may I had the birth control he put me on was so strong it almost caused me to have a stroke. Do not go to bricks Womans physician or see doctor Vetter. You do not want him keeping track of your vagina or delivering your babies !!! He's only good at taking your money ! & I bet you he charged my insurance for the two IUDs he never used. My records indicated that I had an appointment today at 5:00 p.m. which was a re-scheduled appointment at Brick Women's Physicians request. They had contacted me in September to re-schedule my appointment because Dr. Vetter was on vacation the date of my original appointment. I re-scheduled it for today's date. When I went in today, the receptionist advised that there was "no way" that I was scheduled for today because the day had been blocked out because the doctor was not in. And, that their office had contacted me on my cell phone in October to re-schedule the appointment for a second time - again not because of me but because of their scheduling error. My cell phone records indicate no such call or voice mail. FYI..their office needs customer service training. I was treated as if this was MY mistake which it was not. The office did not contact me nor leave a message. Even if they had, a follow up call from them to confirm would have been appropriate since they just cancelled the appointment without confirmation from me. Also, the first time they contacted me to re-schedule is understandable..but having to re-schedule for the re-scheduled date is unacceptable. This is the most disorganized office I have ever done business with. If your time matters, I suggest you look elsewhere for a doctor. I will no longer be a patient at this facility. read more

To keep it short, I left them during my third (and only viable) pregnancy because I was fed up with how they treated me. After my first miscarriage, Vetter told me to go back to my very stressful, physically demanding job the next day (the hospital told me take a week since I came close to requiring a transfusion). They didn't take my concerns seriously when I told them I thought I was high risk, two out of three doctors actually laughed at my concerns (Vetter and Morgan), one doctor lied about my glucose test results (turned out I had low sugar) and when I came to let them know I was leaving to go somewhere else & to get my records of the pregnancy (this was when I was 29 weeks) Pagano yelled at me demanding I tell them where I was switching to in front of a full waiting room! Turned out I was in fact high risk and my daughter had to be delivered a month early else she would have been stillborn. If I hadn't left this place when I did, my now almost 2 year old daughter wouldn't be here with me. After talking to other women, I realized I'm not alone. Vetter shouldn't even be practicing medicine. I never went back and I'm so glad I left there. I advise anyone who is pregnant or looking to get pregnant stay away from there. It wouldn't be bad if you could choose who you want to see, now that Dr. Parchment is there (I've heard nothing but great things about him), but when you're pregnant, you have to see everyone. read more

I have been a patient for a number of years. I go once a year for a checkup. Having said that I reluctantly accept having to schedule an appointment to fit with my work schedule and allot for a typical over one hour plus wait for a four minute exam. I had a test done in the spring that required a follow up in six months. The script was sent to me by this office for the follow up months in advance. The appointment I scheduled with the facility in September had to be cancelled by me and I rescheduled for yesterday when I was off from work. When I arrived for the test I was told the script was written incorrectly and they would call Brick Women's for a new one. After waiting several minutes I was informed that they would not rewrite the script as I was one month overdue for my four minute annual exam. I was not happy. My appointment was immediate cancelled. I promptly called the office and told them I will no longer be a patient and to stop texting and emailing me. I also stated that this test was a needed follow up and I felt that for a four minute annual exam the concern was not for my health but a racket. Generally to get an annual appointment it takes weeks from the time you call and then I would need to reschedule the follow up test at a time that fits in my work schedule which through no fault of the wonderful facility I go to would be a few weeks later. I have read similar concerns regarding not filling scripts because of overdue annual exams. I wouldn't have minded so much but the script was not written correctly and needless to say I am not a doctor and wouldn't know prior to going to the test. Which would have been wrong in September but corrected. While I believe that my doctor at Brick Women's was fine the customer service is not. No amount of new furniture and spa like feel can compensate for what happened. Needless to say I will be looking for a new practice and quickly as my 6 month follow up exam is way overdue but my annual exam not so much. read more

THE WORST!! From the moment I walked in the door I knew it wasn't the place for me. The staff is amongst the most unfriendly I've ever encountered. The place is a dump and the "Dr.s" are lazy and rude. I immediately started looking for a new place as I sat in the waiting room waiting a half over past my appointment time. As soon as I entered their bathroom I wanted desperately to run but I didn't want to be rude so I went ahead with my appointment only to realize my Instincts were right all along. After calling to cancel the following appointment (made in advance) I get a call 2 months later from the nasty front desk worker. I've never heard a "professional" talk to a patient the way she spoke to me and hung up on me. I called back thinking the call dropped and she began cursing and yelling at me, how dare I call her back?? Obviously an education of any sort is unnecessary to work for this office. She could hardly complete a full coherent sentence. If you value your sanity and health avoid this place!! read more

My experience with this practice was very unpleasant. I was a new patient. I scheduled a routine exam. At the appointment I was told that I would be meeting with a physician assistant, not a doctor. This was never disclosed when I scheduled. The exam was performed and after consultation, the PA stated which tests she thought were needed. The tests would be don to rule out cancer. Of course, I was nervous. She was void of compassion. When I suggested that I would hold onto a positive thought, her retort was "if that helps you sleep through the night". She even went on to say, in a very cold manner, that one test could "puncture your uterus". Additionally, she told me that the only call I would receive from the office would be if the test she had just performed was positive (not in a good way). I did schedule the two other tests she had prescribed (I also canceled them later after reflecting on my visit with her). About three weeks later I received a voice mail from the office about "my lab test". Unfortunately, I received this message on a Friday after the office had closed. Because she had indicated I would only get a call if there was negative news, I spent a very long weekend thinking the worst. On Monday morning when I called the office, I was told that the message had nothing to do with the test that was performed. They were just calling to get the other two rescheduled. I won't even go into what I went through to get a copy of my records so that I could get a second opinion. Suffice it to say it was as inconsiderate and inefficient as my experience with the Physician Assistant. My advise is stay away from this group. read more
