I've known Asriel for several years now, or thought I did. He's done both my personal and business…read moretaxes. I've recommended him to my mother-in-law who has had her taxes done there. Up until now, I've had no issues. But for some reason he's decided to not return my calls. I have called him about a half dozen times this year to request an appointment so I can do my taxes. There has been ZERO response, not even a courtesy call to tell me he's all booked, or he can't do my taxes for whatever reason, nothing. The least he can do is man up and tell me he doesn't want my business. Instead, I call his cell and it rings once and he sends the call to his voicemail. So, on to find someone else. Trust this business at your own peril. I'm disappointed that it ended this way.

Working with Ibrahim was a nightmare -- I worked with him for 3 years and getting him to respond to…read moree-mails was like pulling teeth and when he did send me draft documents, they often had mistakes that needed correcting. Because of my experience working with Ibrahim, I moved to a new accountant for my 2024 taxes and was shocked when, out of the blue, I received a message from his office in September 2024 stating that, without my authorization, Ibrahim filed an extension with the IRS. When we spoke on the phone, Ibrahim said he would "cover" me if any issues arose because of his unauthorized filing of the extension but when I asked him to send that to me in writing, he refused to. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your personal or business tax-related needs.

When asked questions they're completely clueless. You'd think they would know what they're doing but they don't. I went based on ONE review I saw on here. Should have known better that was MY FAULT. Please ask the right questions BEFORE paying. That whole "You get 100$ back for filing" will cost you a lot more. They're completely unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend this place. No wonder it's hardly heard about. Nobody goes for a reason. I hope someone else doesn't have the same issue I had with this place. Update- Now I will have to go elsewhere to PAY ONCE AGAIN. Just so I can make sure these people didn't do something corrupted or messed up my filing information. Which I'm sure they did since they ignore my calls & when asked to speak to the person who filed my taxes (Shakira) she's not in. (By the way very nice lady) don't let that fool you. I'd like to know what landline that has a very old phone connected can be used as a cellphone & be text with? It's my right to know what's going on with my filing but they give little to no answers. Read the reviews INFORM yourself correctly. Before going anywhere and leaving all your private information out there like it's nothing. Definitely learning from my mistake. Just thought I'd let others know as for a warning so you don't go into this place blindfolded as I did.
