They used to have a lunch buffet bar in the back which was very good and we would go there to buy our vitamins and herbs.I don't live in London anymore and have not been there for decades so I'm not sure how the shop is anymore but it is definitely a part of the history of the wholistic health movement in London. I'm so glad to see that it's still there. It's important to support local businesses.

I love it when someone who has obviously have spent the day talking to people and must be tired take the time to come over and see if you are OK, grant it sometimes it can be annoying when sales assistant ask you if you are OK but when you have a meaningful conversation with them it really makes you want to go back.

I popped in with a cold yesterday, so he recommended an amazing product - I had a blocked nose, sore throat, and it was really stealing my energy away (I have a very busy lifestyle so it would not be good to fall down with man flu, booh!) - so... literally within a few hours it vanished away which is unheard of :)) !! I am really happy! They get my big thumbs up! :) - they're good guys!!

Occasionally they'll roll out an amazing sale like 2 for 1 or 50% off, so you can really get a stellar deal now and again. But truth be told, at full price it's still pretty fair.

Health Craze is serviced by bullying lady who do not know how to speak with people. I am horrified…read moreof customer service level. I have been there first time, hence wanted to see what they have. Quickly I have noticed that products are well over priced. Lady asked me if I need any help, and I asked for Matcha, as she was visibly getting annoyed by my scrolling through the shop, and I felt obligated to purchase something. She have offered me a 40g bag of matcha and priced it for £12! I have politely told her that I can buy 500g of matcha for almost the same on Amazon. She kicked off, telling me that I am wasting her time, what I came here and that I am rude. Seriously, I have a tick skin, so not bothered too much, and wouldn't even write the review, but I thought about other people who want to go there and may not have such a resilience for bullying behaviour, and how it could affect their day! Products overpriced, too many of them, and all over the place. To top it up, very, very, very rude lady working there. I have read other reviews and they all the same, not sure how this business still runs. You lady, you should be ashamed of yourself speaking to people like that, life hasn't teach you much.

I don't get a great deal of use from this shop but on those occasions when I do pop in, it seems…read morepretty decent. There are rows and rows of pills and supplements, plus specialist foods for allergies/intolerances as well as lots of food, lunch type stuff plus a full bar of virgin health drinks. My only complaint: I got some Echinacea in here once. I spoke to the man who worked there and read the instructions, it was going to prevent colds and I was never going to have to insert a Vicks stick anywhere ever again. However, only a month or so later I had a cold and had to buy Kleenex and insert a Vicks. Rubbish. Other than that, A-OK.

Used to spend quite a lot of money there to support a local business but they don't seem that interested in keeping their clients. Also I once asked if the shampoo was any good and he said "we are a health shop and don't keep things that are not good" which I found not very helpful. "I don't know, i haven't used it" would work better for me. So if you decide to shop in there make sure you don't come in with toddlers as they are not welcome.
Nutri Centres are a bit like a posh form of Holland & Barrett: health food shops, but which focus…read moremore on the pills and food supplements (like complementary medicines, vitamins, herbal extracts, body building supplements, etc) than food ingredients as such, although they have a selection of those as well, including a small range of organic and vegan/vegetarian items. They claim to have Europe's largest range of product lines of natural medicines, although some of these are available on-line rather than in-store. This outlet is tucked away at the side of Tesco Kensington, behind the main row of tills, although you can visit it without going through them. Its opening hours are also more restricted, so it is more of a shop within a shop. It's a bit cramped (there's a lot of stock in a small space), with high shelves, and the prices are slightly on the high side. Staff seemed reasonably efficient, although to be honest they weren't that busy.

Having discovered this at home and made the return trip I was hoping for an apology and my money back but instead the manager barely gave me an apology - it makes me feel I never want to go back since they don't seem to care about their customers.
