Ben from Continental Door Services was the first to arrive in response to my garage door failure…read moreS.O.S. Last night when arriving home and pulling into our garage, the door went down, but a second later there was a loud sound of metal breaking. Looking toward the sound somewhere near the lowered door, I first saw that the steel cables on both sides were hanging down from the top of the door. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the large black springs that are part of the lifting mechanism were now in four pieces rather than two. Their cracking and separation was the cause of the gunshot-like report. Ben was able to replace the springs, reattach the cables, lubricate all joints and hinges and make certain everything was in working order before announcing the job was done. He also examined the other garage door to be sure it was still performing well. Ben owns this company and has an excellent attitude for interacting with new customers. We were able to come to an agreement on price quickly that satisfied both of us. I watched him work and observed his skill and professionalism first hand. I was completely satisfied. Before he left, we exchanged business cards, smiling that we might have need for each other's services in the future. Five Service Stars for Continental Door Services.

As our door was being shredded, a neighbor happened to be walking by and saw the entire thing go down. He walked over and recommended J & R for the fix. He told us of the great experiences he had with them and at that moment, that sounded pretty good to me. I called up and they were able to get me an appointment just an hour and a half later, which was awesome. Brian arrived right on time and was very professional from the get go. He explained the entire job in detail to me and quoted us what I felt was a fair price. I was very impressed with how fast he worked. Everything was up and running in no time. Overall, I was very happy with J & R. I would recommend them for sure.

The woman on the phone was nice and helpful, and got a technician out the same day. The technician was terrific: arrived on time, fixed everything, and took the time to explain what happened the doors to start with and how to take care of them in the future (helpful to me as someone who never had a garage to maintain before). It's refreshing to have a company arrive when promised and complete the work at the quoted price. I definitely recommend them and would call Apex again.

I hired this company for a vinyl fence installation. Overall, the installation process went fine,…read morebut I noticed factory defects (deep indents) on three prominent panels visible from the street. I contacted the company two weeks post-installation. They quickly agreed it was a defect and promised to replace the pieces within two weeks.Unfortunately, communication has since stalled. After multiple follow-ups, I was told parts were on order, but weeks have passed with no updates and no response to my latest email. I am posting this to make others aware of the current communication delays. I will gladly update this review and the rating once the three defective pieces are replaced. They finally came out. Replaced the three panels as you can see in the picture. One panel is slightly shaded at different color and the other one has a dent now.

Both Ashley and Diana were always helpful when I called the office for updates on the easement and township permits. When it was time to schedule my installation, Diana kept me up to date on when the installers were coming out. On the day of the installation, Orlando and I walked around the area where the fence was to be installed, discussed how I wanted the gates to swing, and confirmed everything before starting the job. Orlando and his crew took their time to install the posts, fence, and gates, cleaned up afterward, and answered any questions I had during the installation. Orlando was very professional and clearly detail-oriented, taking care with any adjustments and making sure everything was aligned and installed correctly. I would highly recommend A&S fencing if you need fencing installed.
