I'm sure the same dentist isn't still here when I was last a patient here but I am now an RDA and have been for the past 8 years and this office helped guide me into my love of the dentist so much that now I work in the field! I think I was a patient here from 2004-2007. I always had such a good experience here and the staff was always so friendly. Dr. Arti and her team are fantastic they are very professional. They are excellent with their skills, procedures are efficient, quick, painless, and informative. While the office is personable, flexible with scheduling, and accessible. I highly recommend! General Dentistry For Children in San Ramon they are efficient in explaining the procedure and giving comfort to parents to over come their nervousness and anxiety about well being of their kids. I took my Autistic son and other two kids and they took good care of them. They called and followed up to check on their recovery. I highly recommend them! read more

Outstanding service. Lady at the front desk i believe her name was Nathaly. She was extremely helpful and informative. She had a Great attitude and genuinely seemed like she wanted to help & make sure my kids were taken care of as well as all the other families who she attend before me. Despite one lady who was incredibly rude & spoke to her with profanity, Nathaly remained calm and professional and did her absolute best to attend to the bitter rude lady with a smile. Really bad experience. Got cancelled appointment two times a weeks in last minutes. What is the point for confirm call? I totally understand when there was something happened(illness), should not to schedule any appointments til fully recovered. Parent need to take day off from work and kid need to go to school. I love it here. My kids love it here. The hey are very attentive and extremely nice. They always see you on time and are great with communication. My 5 year old counts days to go here - I mean what?!?! lol I have seen both Dr. Mahsa and Dr. Lady and they are both amazing. Horrid Experience!  First they only hire "their' own, no other ethnic races which is obvious discrimination.  I guess in America "rules" only apply to "white" businesses.  Second they care more about "policy" than their patients or maybe this is based on race too or $$ or lack there of, No $$ - No Service.  Last appointment we came in pointing out obvious cavity on my under 2 grandchild.  They really didn't do anything else, child wasn't given "exam", so wasn't sure why we would have been there at all if We hadn't noticed cavity.  Anyway, at this time clerk  asked for my daughter's ID, she doesn't have one, which we have explained.  She had lost everything she owed in GA, including her ID.  I told them the only thing we had was copy of her expired passport that I kept in my files.  This is only place to "demand" her ID.  This morning was supposed to be day to take care of cavity.  Facility is not close to our home and commute traffic is horrendous at 7 am.  We get to our appointment (on time) only to be told by very nasty clerk (same one as previous) that she had canceled our appointment?  WTF?  She didn't speak to anyone, but had left 1 message yesterday around noon starting she had canceled toddler's appointment, my daughter found message in car on way back home with Zero effort with exception on stating "so called" policy over and over like a parrot.  She should have done this at prior appointment so We understood "policy".  We brought the copy of the passport with us to the appointment?  Don't most of us show ID in person?  Apparently the "policy" was to have e-mailed, yesterday?  My daughter just had major surgery and didn't get the ONE call.  I'm glad we found out truth before allowing any "doctor" that puts their "policy" above the health, care, and safety of their PATIENTS, Especially CHILDREN!  There was no reason to do this and "policy" applied to US was truly unreasonable.  Had she talked with my daughter she would have told her we were bringing "mandatory" copy of expired passport.  My daughter is on Medical, as is her child, this is truly discrimination to the poor, trying to get back on their feet.  No compassion at a minimum. read more

The front office girl is extremely rude. She leaves messages and sounds like she hates her job. Only 1 reminder call is needed for an appointment not multiple calls. And canceling appointments after 1 phone call is a ridiculous policy, especially with no email or text options for confirming. Not everyone can take personal calls during business hours. The person in charge of billing is never there. They send you a bill in the mail but there's no way to pay online and no envelope to send it back in. This office is so close to our home, we really wanted to love it. Now we'll be going elsewhere. read more

We took our 4 year old daughter here and we received the best treatment ever from the staff and Dr. Mahsa J. Dr. Mahsa was super attentive and knew exactly what she was talking about. She explained everything well and my daughter loves going to the dentist now where before she was traumatized by her last dentist. We recommend coming to see this Dr. Mahsa if you want the best care for your child(ren). I am very grateful I found such a wonderful dentist along with her awesome staff. Update: We just had an appointment with Dr. Lady and my 5 year old loves going to see her and her staff. They are so gentle, careful and knowledgeable about my daughter's teeth. I'm writing this review very sadly as we I truly like Dr. Mahsa she took care of both of my kids in the branch in San Pablo for over three years We have moved to Walnut Creek and decide to stay with the same dentistry because we like the doctor Unfortunately moving to the new place in San Ramon was very unpleasant The receptionist was calling and asking for insurance information which they already have in their branch in San Pablo we gladly gave all the information that we have but it looks like there was not enough for some reason she could not verify the information with the insurance company and had to cancel the appointment at the same day of the appointment Very interesting how one office is not communicating with the other which we did not have any issue on the previous branch in San Pablo Then she offer me to pay for the treatment They they will reimburse me after she will verify the Insurance information A true customer service will give you the service and verify the information later on and put the claim on the insurance and not charging us before especially when we were customer on another branch Well I guess all for the best we will find another dentist Which Will be closer to our home You guys just lost two patients BTW The appointment has been scheduled way before they they should've have enough time to verify that information Maybe it's time to find a new receptionist read more

My daughter and I have been here twice already! First time I brought her for an emergency and the staff was so kind and they squeezed me into the schedule that day. Took care of her quickly and well. And today, I just came back to get the actual work done for my daughter. Dr. Ansari is a delight and she is so good with kids. My daughter enjoys coming here and the atmosphere is very kid-friendly. We came here after a bad experience with a previous dental office. My 3 kids were seen by Dr. Lady. Today one had a tooth pulled and fillings, and the other was sedated for 2 crowns. The office was really clear about what to expect and pre and post op directions. They answered all my questions. They kept me informed of any changes and called this afternoon to see how recovery was going. The staff took their time to make what could be scary a calm and easy experience for my children. The staff here was fantastic. I knew my son would struggle with the whole procedure since he's only two but they did their best to keep him as calm and happy as possible. He's going back in a little over a month to have a few cavities taken care of (bottle rot is a thing and it's sucks) and they walked me through everything they need to do and told me upfront what my financial responsibility is. They even gave us a discount on that cost. They have toys in the waiting room and plenty of distractions in the exam areas. One only downside is how booked they are. But if it's a good office, I'm willing to deal with that! I highly recommend. read more

Had a surgery scheduled for 10am. At 10:15 am, I walked up to the counter and asked why we havent been called in for surgery. The girl at the counter said there was a delay. It's upsetting to be there on time and nobody notifies you of what is going on. Even after sitting there with a 2 year for surgery. Nobody called to let us know and, sitting in the lobby nobody approaches with updates. read more

I am so happy I got referred to this dentist office. For starters the secretary is very nice, professional and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions. The office is very clean and has a play area for the kids. They have a children's movie and music playing. The actual visit with the dentist was the best experience I have ever had with my children. They were very thorough with my 3 year old. She checked every tooth and knew how to get him to cooperate with her. He didnt even cry! When they were done they give the kids a coin so they can use it to get a toy out of a little coin machine. I absolutely loved this idea. I came here from the ages of 4-16. In those 12 years, I never once felt uncomfortable coming here. Dr. Neda never had to constrain me while she was working on me. Even when I needed a minor surgery for a shattered tooth, she was able to administer anesthesia in way where I almost didn't feel anything. Furthermore, I was very rambunctious as a child, but she was extremely patient with me and was able to get my cooperation. The staff she managed was also proficient as well.
