As I was born in the near (now living, working in Spain) & with my parents still living there…read more(thank's god!), my choice already last year was to stay in the "TRAUMSCHMIEDE"-Hotel at the side for 5 nights. My former experience there was really fantastic in allotment: But apart of it: The reason to come back has been this perfect cuisine in Raspl (Breakfast and dinner). This time, from march, 20th to nearby, I've spent nearly 3 weeks there and once again everything was perfect!!! The Bärlauchtaschen (filled Tortellini with wild garlic) "20 points" (out of 10!!!!) Amazing!!! Or all the other dishes in 13 dinners: At least faboulous, fantantic or exceptionnall!!! And the service: Incredible!!! Best wishes to Tamara, Korbinian, Ernstl and all the friendly staff. The decors for Christmas was very festive (The Germans are very good & proud of this ). The ambience was incredible, next to the Holy Chapel (built in 700). Food was good with local flares and tastes. It was a slight disappointment of the Deer goulash was not available, so I settled for an original Pork Goulash. Other dishes were delicious as well. I love soups, Beef broth ( Semmelknödel ) -- it was just a perfect weather for soup. Got some Schnaps (like good Germans do!) to raise a toast with friends & Prost for the Holidays. Quite a nice place & I do recommend to other Yelpers. Happy travel & dining !!!
