If I could give zero stars I would. On December 18 2026 this company picked up my Craftsman riding mower that needed the belt adjusted or repaired.
The next day I received a email stating my mowers progress should be updated to me as the repair went along. Well over a week went by and no progress, no updates at all.
Called the company several times and voicemail. After a few days Kevin called me and said he had been down with the flu. No problem I thought, he never made the effort to even text me or let me know via email the progress.
Days go by, silence. Called again for info was told his wife takes care of the work orders and she was out sick and he never got the work order. Ok, but he's the owner, he needs to take the place or fill in for those who are out. It would have just taken him a min to message me. Drops the ball again.
Days go by again, I call, he states parts are on order. Would have been nice if he had taken the time to let me know, but instead I had to keep chasing him down.
Days go by, silence. I call again he says he's working on the mower. I ask what he's done. He states he's changed the oil, replaced the air filter and something else.
I only wrote on the service order to fix the belt problem. Days go by again, the same run around and lies. Finally on 1/23/26, I ask Kevin to please return my mower even if it isnt fixed. He tells me it's fixed, just needs to be tested and returned to me by the end of the day. At 5:30, no call no show.
Monday, 1/26/26 he says it ready for delivery. No delivery happened that day, he promised delivery on 1/27/26 in the morning between 9-10 am. Calls and said he's an hour out.
2:30 I call and he's says maybe another hour. I keep waiting. 5:30 arrives, I call to see where he is and he tells me he's putting the belt on the mower now.
How did we go from 4 days earlier the mower is ready for delivery and running great, to the original reason the mower was sent had yet to be addressed?
I told him to keep my mower. At that point he had had my mower for 40 days for a belt problem. After being continuously lies to, jerked around, I no longer trusted his moral ethics, and I did not feel I could trust his skills as a mechanic.
I would never recommend this company to anyone for any type of repairs they do. This is a new business.
One of the excuses Kevin kept giving me was he's just overwhelmed with work right now and he also has a towing business he runs.
He dropped the ball here many times, and I was still patient. Eventually I had enough.
It's not about dropping the ball, it's the recovery that counts. A man who lies can never be trusted. He doesnt even keep good track of his own lies.
No morals, no ethics, no customer service equals no business. Kevin has no shame or conscience.
Again, he had my mower 40 to fix a belt problem. read more
