Stopped here on my way home from a business trip. It was after 7pm on a Thursday and I was sick! Traveling was horrible that day...flight delays, missed connections...busy airports. I knew I was coming down with something the day before, but thought I could wait till I got home to make a dr appointment. I walked in, the receptionist was super nice and helpful. Although several people were in waiting area it did not take long to get in. The nurses were wonderful, quickly taking care of me. Strep throat was identified as positive. They gave me a shot and called in a script. I was on my way home to my nice warm bed in less than an hour, not sure if I was there even 30 minutes. Thank you for the great care! read more

Went there with a 103 degree temperature two Saturdays ago. They took my pulse rate (which was 140), listened to my heart, checked my ears, looked in my mouth and asked me a few questions. The Nurse Practitioner told me I had a virus that was going around and just treat the symptoms. Thank God I called my doctors office on Monday and they had me come in. They took tests and found out I had pneumonia. Never again! read more

Even though I was constantly telling them I was in pain. I changed doctors and in three visits I have blood work, X-rays, and a diagnosis of RA. That's a pretty big deal to over look for two or three years. They treat you like you're the idiot, when they half ass do their job. Dr. Caughall, himself, told me if I I wanted off of a highly addictive med, I'd find a way. Why prescribe the crap anyway? It cause heart problems for me. And then he acted like I was making that up. They need to do more research into garbage before they prescribe it. Dumb jerks
