The place has really opened up their space- it used to be crowded with a maze of tight cubicles of gallery and studios. Now, it's a wide open central gallery, with studios and smaller galleries off to the sides. In the front, they now have a coffee shop! Cool! In the back, they've paved in the side and back yards, where bands set up, and additional galleries can be found. All of the art is local, handmade, and ranges in media. Some of the art can not be purchased, as they are installation pieces. The art here is all reasonably priced, and there's a great variety of artists and vendors selling cool stuff. This place gets hopping for Second Saturday, a monthly art walk that centers around the galleries by the train tracks at South Flores. The art is just part of the scene- check out the live music too! Budding artists can rent space here to do their art, and sell it when they have events. Other than Second Saturday, you might need to book an appointment to come by many of the artists' galleries, but it seems that coffee is served all day.

I don't remember if they offered that. My friend had the matcha and she loved it. They recently got a new matcha and she was worried because she loved the other one but was pleasantly surprised how smooth and delicious this one was as well. When you come in there was plenty of room in the foyer. Enough space to do the receiving line on one end, a social hour in the middle, and a line for the photos. The A/V was high end and the bar was accessible. The A/V team was staged in the back (towards your entrance) facing the stage. They had more than 64 tables arrayed into quadrants so that there was room in the middle for a dance floor. The bar was plenty stocked, and the mixologists were capable enough to serve their beer, wines, and pre-mixed drinks. Touch less payment was available. The food was okay. The team serving the food was super friendly and responsive if they missed something. Plenty of clean bathrooms around the site. Plenty of parking around. Traffic there was lighter than anything north of the city. I would recommend this facility for big events. Fun times.

Last time I was here, I was just visiting, so everything was a blank slate. Today, they were set up as a garage sale type venue. Their staff (invisible yet present) had set up a large tent outside with heaters to keep us shoppers warm in the 35 degree and drizzly morning. I can't wait for The Monty to open its restaurant... which must be soon because contractors are working in there as we speak!
