Gem world is tucked away, to be honest I had never heard of it, I just happened upon it. Inside is like candy land for gem and crystal enthusiasts. They have a massive selection of crystals, beads, what appeared to be break your own geods and even some fossils. Everything is pretty reasonably priced. lisa and another woman there who wears glasses they have not so great attitudes always seems like something is bothering them. As well as them saying we can't open the boxes to find NON BROKEN ITEMS. half the time the items are broken and we need to swift through the boxes to find good quality items. Also half the time the boxes are already opened it's not like we purposely open them. we love gem world and to know we keep the business running from purchasing there and we can't swift through to find non broken items is absurd. Great quality crystals and gem stones for a surprisingly affordable price! Could easily spend hours here looking through the stuff. Some random items for sale but great for jewelry makers, and people into healing rocks, crystals, minerals, and stones. Would definitely visit again next time I'm in AZ. read more

I would definitely give zero stars if possible. The staff were great and that is the only good thing I can say about this store. The owner or manager(Asian male) was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I came in with a friend and it was clear he was watching us because we are people of color. We were SO uncomfortable and had to tell him this twice before he finally let us shop in peace. After that awkward interaction I as able to focus on the merchandise(finally!) and turns out half the crap in there is FAKE! That is why the prices are so cheap! SAVE YOUR $$$ and shop elsewhere. read more
