((((Totally unprofessional))) Initially I spoke with the owner's son and he assured that they were…read morewell experienced with coating brake calipers, he mentioned doing calipers for Porsche's Ferrari's and corvettes. Well they were everything but professional, I completely disassembled the calipers as they requested. When I dropped the calipers off the owner and his son were not present and the workers who were there were not used to dealing with customers, I explained to them what I wanted done and that certain areas of the calipers could not be sand blasted! I chose a color but I had to ask the worker for a receipt for my calipers!!! I called the next day to follow up with the owner and he did not return my call, what was supposed to be a couple days turn around turned out to be almost two weeks! They never returned my calls but when I finally got through to them they told me that the calipers were ready for pick up. Well the first thing that noticed was that they used the wrong color!!! They sand blasted piston bore which ruined the caliper and it even still had sand in it from the sand blasting!!! The owner's were not present again so I refused the calipers and called the owner's son on his cell phone he assured me that they could "fix" the problems. Well i did some research and found that due to their sand blasting the piston bores the bleeder screw and banjo bolt holes the calipers could leak fluid and cause an unsafe condition!!! I informed the owner's son about this, that I would not use the calipers and that I wanted to be reimbursed for new calipers, he then turned me over to his father who proceeded to scream and curse at me!!! He flat out refused to replace my calipers, told me that he could care less if I decided to take him to court and that he would not return my calipers to me unless I paid for them!!! I paid to get them back, they tried to fix the sand blasting damage in the piston bore but they did not fix the damage the damage to the bleeder screw and banjo bolt holes so now I'm left with calipers that damaged and unreliable and unsafe to use and I'm also out of hundreds of dollars because of their sloppy work!!! Do yourself a favor and do not use them their workmanship is very poor and their customer service is terrible!!!
