He is honest, fair, personable, and immediately puts you at ease. He explains everything clearly, never pressures you, and treats you like a person rather than another repair bill. He had worked on my car before, but on December 14, I was involved in the most terrifying accident of my life. My car spun around one and a half times on the freeway before crashing into the center divider with so much force that it practically split in half. The freeway was shut down, and the officers told me I should not have survived. No exaggeration--the first person I called was him. I work in Lancaster and live near Woodland Hills, and he took care of arranging the proper specialized tow for my electric Mercedes EQS all the way from Lancaster to my home. At a moment when I was terrified, shaken, and had no idea what to do next, he made me feel safe and taken care of. The best comparison I can give is that he is like a great doctor with an exceptional bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and skilled, but just as importantly, he is calm, compassionate, and trustworthy. His pricing is extremely fair, he remembers his clients and their family members, and he never judges you when your car is embarrassingly messy--he understands what life with kids looks like! I rarely write reviews--I know, I need to get better about that--but he is truly exceptional. A trustworthy mechanic is incredibly hard to find, and over the past three years, he has become more like family. I would recommend him without hesitation, especially to women who want to feel respected, safe, and completely confident that they are being treated honestly.

I was honestly expecting to pay an exorbitant amount, especially because I know sometimes being a woman can mean getting taken advantage of at auto shops. I reached out to several places and barely got any responses. Then I heard back from Regal Repair. I explained what I needed and they said, "No problem, just bring it in. We'll install it for you." I asked, "How much?" They said, "Don't worry about it. We'll do it, no charge." UM... excuse me?! I knew they were going to have to take the door panel off and that it wasn't necessarily the easiest little fix, so I was genuinely shocked that they were willing to do it for free. They were so accommodating with my schedule that day, got me in quickly, and had everything done in about 30 minutes. I literally begged them to let me Zelle them something for their time and they repeatedly refused. People like this deserve to be recognized. They were genuinely kind, honest, and helpful when they absolutely did not have to be. They have a customer for life with me. I'll definitely be going back when I have some more money saved to have them repair the dent that happened when the mirror was knocked off. I truly can't say enough good things about this business. If you're looking for an honest, kind, and trustworthy repair shop, I highly recommend Regal Repair.

Let's be real--having to get your car repaired is stressful enough, but they turned the entire process into something smooth and surprisingly pleasant. From drop-off to pick-up, Leo was in constant communication with me. He didn't leave me guessing or wondering what was going on with my Mach-E. Every update was clear, timely, and professional. That kind of transparency is rare these days, and it really made me feel like my car was in the best possible hands. When I picked my car up, I was blown away. The quality of the work was flawless. It literally looked like my Mach-E had just rolled out of the showroom again. Every detail was taken care of, and you could tell they take tremendous pride in their craft. But here's where they completely won me over: just for choosing them, they added a complimentary ceramic coating on my car as a thank-you. Who does that?! That extra touch showed me that they don't just care about fixing cars--they care about building relationships and showing genuine appreciation for their customers. It's rare to find a business that combines professionalism, skill, and heart the way LA Collision Center does. Leo and his staff are top-notch--polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated to making sure their customers leave happy. If you want your car handled by people who are not only experts in what they do but also treat you with respect and gratitude, look no further. He gives us all hope that there are honest businesses out there who genuinely care about people and the quality of their work. I was rear-ended and, despite having several options, something told me this was the place to go. They didn't disappoint! Tony made several accommodations for me, worked closely with me on my needs, and kept me informed every step of the way. There was a slight delay due to parts taking their time to arrive (no fault of his), but in spite of it all, he did an excellent job. The car seemed brand new when he was done with it! It was smoother than before. He even washed it for me, and I didn't ask him! (Thank you so much) In summary, the service was excellent, and the people were even better! If those things matter to you, then you've found your place. This wasn't a chain store or factory-type place. It's a family-run business where people genuinely care and made me feel special and appreciated. I had to take the time to write this because it was the least I could do. If I won the lotto, I would give Tony a percentage of the winnings, and send him on a long vacation! Thanks, Tony and the team, for such a rewarding experience! After visiting a few places we finally came to see Steve at Island Collision Center. He told us exactly what they would do and gave us a good time frame as to when the repair would be completed. Since the car was a Tesla, it was good to see they were currently finishing up a repair on another Tesla at the time. When we had left the shop to our final estimates... during the entire time we just felt like "why are we wasting our time", with the other places. However, we did want to do our due diligence - which we did. After getting all the estimates and sleeping on it the next day the only person we contacted was Steve and asked a few follow up questions. Not only did his answers satisfy our questions, the rapid response time and communication helped seal the deal for us. When Steve told us to pick up the car we were happy that we made the right decision. We dropped our car off on a Tuesday and our car was ready by Friday.
