I was staggered by their innovative, but yet loyal to the Italian tradition of health food, ways of making and presenting their food. And yes, it's also healthy! Let's talk about their home-made "Frozen Crepes" (see pic below). It's an absolute masterpiece. It consists in some fresh yogurt (made by them) frozen on a cold plate and then wrapped up and adorned with some fruits and either chocolate or mint or caramel. It tastes amazing, so fresh and so good. And the awesome part is that it's only super healthy yogurt. They had an amazing idea in creating this thing. Your dessert comes also with a small flyer that explains the concepts behind "Dessart" and what ingredients they use. Cool thing to read.
