Mind you, I had already paid up months before. NO one called me. I called this agent. She started flipping out saying that her employees walked out, her daughter was ill and she was going crazy, all the while she claimed she would try and fix it. The next day all she would say is the cancellation stood since we did not replace a roof shingle on one of the properties ( which we did). Long story short, its now 8 months later and I only got 1/20 of a refund of all of the premiums that we paid. Not sure what they are up to but the whole experience was bizarre. I am not sure what to do about the Money part of it, but if you ask me, go with a more reputable firm. I went back to State farm, paid up a tad bit but at least I know I am covered and don't have to take on all of the personal issues of my agent. lol. Just be careful.
