Since Feb. when I joined, I have been paying crazy prices and they aren't the price that I was quoted back in Feb. John told me a bunch of stuff that isn't adding up & I don't want to get lawyers involved and I didn't want to leave but I don't like liars or people who claim to know what they're doing but then brush me off when it's my money they get every month. I was told my insurance would be $413 and it is now for this month $464.14 last month it was $454. What the heck is going on with State Farm? I was told by my mother that you'll are the best. John told me on our last conversation that the customer is right but that isn't what is being displayed at this point when I have been patient for 3 months and told that this would be fixed. He said that you'll had the wrong address if there were forms that I needed to come in and fill out instead of over the phone while I was at work then that could've happened. Yall had an address for me that I haven't lived in for over 5 years. And it still hasn't been corrected it seems since my prices keep changing every month. This isn't professional and I feel that I have been lied to and tricked and left to hang so if someone OTHER THAN JOHN (BECAUSE I CAN'T TRUST WHAT HE SAYS ANYMORE) PLEASE CALL ME THAT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! I don't usually curse because its unlady like but today when John dismissed me the rude way, he did I cursed once & dealing with someone who gets me out of character, I'd rather NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING ELSE WITH HIM. I am sending this email to the BBB because this is ridiculous! The email below was sent to me from John M. Hopkins on April 11, 2022 @ 1:27pm when I received my bill for $544 and he claimed I was going to get some money back from that and it still wasn't done. Pashion, I've attached the original quote, and I agree the first payment was 414.83, that would be your normal monthly. The Drive Safe and Save, BEACON, was sent to the wrong address and the discount was removed after 30 days. I'm going to do my best to have that charge removed. Drive Safe and Save had to be installed within 30 days. The address on the original application was 2350 Cobb Pkwy Smyrna & I assumed that was your address and it appeared on the Binder, I sent you back in Feb. My mistake. We will get the complete set up in place and your bill should return to the original quote John Reading my emails where he claims it's going to be fixed and nothing has changed is why I feel he lied to me.
