I love this bank but some of the newer staff does not seem to have a knack for customer service…read more Today I was asked for the last four of my social because the person did not know who I was. This seems to be new from the last month, I always just sent my car with the deposit, never once asked. The person as the window could only tell me she did not know me and needed to know who I was. I don't care who deposits money in my account. But she could not give me reason why she could not look up my account by my card any more. The only reason this place ended up with three stars was Susan inside could assist me with ordering checks and went above and beyond to print me temporary checks. Beyond that for the service alone they do deserve one star for drivethu service.

Despite reams of information they collected from me, every time I spoke with them I had to rehash with them over and over. I had to walk them through the problem solving process. And there is zero personal service. It's near impossible to talk to anyone and certainly not the same person twice. You are most certainly just a number with these clods. I will move this account elsewhere ASAP. I would barter using goats and wampum before I'd use these incompetent knuckleheads again. They deserve no ones business.
