Horrible prices are doubled and still added another 50 dollars. I live in the city and I drive 6 miles a day. Never been into an accident but still raise my insurance. Soon our car insurance will cost more than a mortgage. Who can help save this country from greed! What a shame read more

2024 Kid backed out of his parking spot and hit my car as I was leaving the parking lot he backed out fast and had lots of room to look to see my car yet I got right in back of him and BOOM -HE HIT MY right front bumper He had Geico insurance and he lied and told them I hit him which was absolutely shocking and stupid I figured Geico would see the obvious and pay to fix my vehicle I told them all and sent photos yet instead they used his lie to back them up in also being dishonest so they told me they cannot determine the facts and are not liable to pay Not a good look for Geico! read more

unreliable insurance. customer service is useless. heaven forbid you need roadside assistance- its an "add on" and not generally covered . Wouldn't recommend. If you need a jump start or tow they won't be helpful. read more

I would never recommend them to anyone which is sad because they used to be great. They almost doubled my auto insurance claiming it was because price of parts was going up. The new one I found was the same price as my original geico policy so that's clearly not true. I haven't been in accidents or tickets so it wasn't that. I canceled/didn't renew my policies, I had auto and home, yet they still renewed the home one and took 4 months to cancel it claiming I wasn't sending in the right document even though I did, when I asked for a fax to send it to they wouldn't give me one.
