The Greek festival of Boca Raton was back again in 2026. My children absolutely love going here for…read morethe rides! And aside from it being fun, it's great to be able to get together with friends, family and the community to support the good folks at the church. They did a really nice job with the festival as usual. There's a carnival part which has a modest selection of rides and games and they also have vendors, folk dancing, a bar and tons of Greek food options, everything from feta topped fries to Souvlaki to saganaki. Desserts too! We tried a bunch of different items and they were all very tasty. The only downside this year was that the festival happened to take place on a weekend where it was absolutely freezing. We hung around for about 3 hours but had to spend most of our time in the tents because it was so windy and chilly. But there was dancing, entertainment and music inside, so we really didn't mind. Overall five stars. I hope they continue to have this cool festival in the future!

The Saint Mark Greek Orthodox Church on Yamato Road in Boca, transforms its grounds into one of the best festivals of all times and welcomes everyone from Thursday - Sunday. Parking at the church is $10 and there's free parking down the street at some of the other church parking lots. I've been going since I moved to Florida 25 years ago and have only missed a few years. Always took our boys and watched them grow from pushing them around in a stroller to riding the rides with them and eventually they drove themselves with their friends and would find us so we could eat together. Now, youngest is in college so I send pictures so he feels likes he's not missing out. The best food ever... it's a delicious eating frenzy...Gyro, Moussaka, Homemade Baklava, just to name a few, and plenty of Greek wine and Beer!! Don't forget to stop by the Saganaki booth to watch the show. The same guys have been working the flaming cheese and Loukaniko booth for years. Its so much fun and usually my first stop. Grab some food and a seat inside the tent and listen to music and watch the dancing. Volunteers from the church work hard all weekend and everyone is so nice. There's even a drive-thru if you just want to pick up food. A must stop is the church itself. it's beautiful and IMO one of the nicest in the world. You can take a tour or just walk in. The inside Sanctuary is magnificent. Until next year... when everyone is Greek for the weekend. OPA!

The event is held over a weekend on both Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 4. This was my first year attending and I was impressed by how large the festival was. Over 150 vendors from all over Florida and the country lined two full streets selling art, garden decorations, home decor, pet items, beauty items, and food. I definitely saw some cool things I've never seen before. I ended up by buying a bromeliad with orchids to hang on my front porch, a wooden Great Blue Heron and egret for my garden, glass earrings and a heart necklace, and a plumeria plant that is just a stick right now but hopefully in 6 months it will be blooming with beautiful flowers. I also found some pretty ornaments for Christmas presents. I could have spent a lot more money if I had it. The vendors were many and varied. I can see why this festival has lasted so long. There are also a ton of restaurants to eat at and places to shop within walking distance of the festival. I couldn't leave the area without popping into Proper Ice Cream for my favorite honeycomb flavor. The weather was delightful for a divine day of shopping. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon.

The variety of artwork presented, the types of art shown, and the various raw materials used made this festival a huge success. Great artists from all over the world, although most of them from the US. There were some food trucks right in the heart of the festival selling arepas for $8, sausages for $14 and lemonade for just under $10.....sit down restaurants, coffee shops and pizza places were also nearby for those wanting a bite to eat.

The entrance begins at E Atlantic Avenue and NE 4th Ave. and proceeds north for two full blocks. The art is set up in tents on the closed off street. You can get free parking at the I-Pic garage and walk the block over. The event attracted over 100 exhibitors showcasing hand created art works which included glass, photography, paint, mixed media, jewelry, metal, wood, and textiles. My favorite art in the festival were the colorful dog paintings, the pictures made out of colored pencils, anything with mermaid s and flamingos, and the whimsical mailboxes. The weather was gorgeous and I always love visiting Delray Beach. There are a ton of great places to eat and drink steps away from the fair on Atlantic Avenue. If you missed this art fair, there will be another one held on January 15th at SE 5th St over the Intracoastal and extending on to A1A. Nothing beats enjoying beautiful weather at art fairs in January in Florida.

People put so much work and effort into this festival. We totally appreciate it. The things we love about the Florida Renaissance Festival is you feel like you've been lifted out of this regular world into a whole new place and everybody makes that happen that works there. The beautiful ambience of the park the decor all around, the awesome artworks that people create, the costumes. The music is one of my all-time favorites. It's part of the reason why I come here every year. Also you can try so many different types of foods that's always so exciting. I love dressing up, wearing costumes and walking through the park talking with other like-minded people. We enjoyed so many shows this year from the Washing Well Winches, to the guy playing the Bells, all the different Irish bands, like Celtic mayhem, one of my favorites is the band from Italy Rota they are awesome especially when they play in the street and we can dance all around so fun. Also love watch art demonstrations, Thanks again Florida Renaissance Festival for making this year great!

It began at 2 Pm and ended just after 800 with the fireworks show . Many vendors and tables to visit and purchase from locally. I did notice they decided to charge $20 for non residents for the rides to get a wristband and free for residents this year. There was a drama theatre show and some others which I missed. It did rain at one point and they had to clear the field because of the lightning alarms that went off. I was actually about to leave anyway for the day and return later in the evening for the "Hot Hits" band and fireworks show from Zambelli which is always amazing. They situated the tent to eat food and sit down towards the back so not in the middle of everything which was much better. I also noticed a fenced off area from the main stage which seemed weird since it was separated from each side so not many were dancing as it was in the years past and the rain in between put a little damper on it too. Something new this year was a cooking demonstration from the Chef and owner of the restaurant Setto Mezza showing how to make fresh mozzarella.
