I recently completed their CPI course online, and the course itself was great. Sign up was easy,…read moreand the course and certication delivery were fast. However, I tried to reach out on several occasions regarding the wording on my certificate. My employer requested that either a letter or a revised certificate be provided. I understand that this may be asking a lot, and may not be possible. Regardless, a return call, email, and/or text would have been very helpful. Apparently, they do not respond to those who are not affiliated with their programs. At least I am hoping that is why I never heard back. Now, the money i spent on that course is now wasted, because they didn't help me with 1 word. I will not be using their services in the future, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others.

I'm writing this still shaken and honestly in tears…read more I brought my three small dogs--my two Shih Tzus and my tiny 4-lb, 3-year-old Maltese, Luna--for grooming. What should have been a normal pickup turned into one of the scariest moments I've ever had as a pet parent. When I arrived to pick them up, they handed me a dog that looked like Luna... but it wasn't her. It took me a second to realize, and in that moment my heart dropped. At the same time, another person was literally about to walk out the door with MY dog. My baby. If I had arrived even one minute later, Luna would have been gone. I cannot even describe the panic and fear I felt in that moment. What made it worse was the way it was handled. The man at reception, with gray hair, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to understand how such a serious mistake happened, he said, "each person should recognize their own dog." No concern. No accountability. No empathy. As if this was nothing. But this is NOT nothing. This is someone's family. This is a life that could have been lost because of carelessness.

I love how respectful they are for their clients. My son felt comfortable, even during the teachable moments, when he was surrounded by students and instructors. I loved that Lo asked my son what he wanted, and kept my son engaged throughout the process. The instructor in charge was so friendly and treated the students and my son very well. I highly recommend a visit. I am excited to see where Loral lands, once complete with the program. My son was very happy with the experience and said he would go back.
