Arman Koochak came around to my business, measured up the area where it would be going and said he would have it to us next week. He also took our server pc away with him. 2 weeks later after repeated calls from us, they NEVER call you , Arman Koochak says soon, just waiting for a case. This goes on for 6 weeks with a bunch of different excuses. Finally , after 6 weeks a desktop pc is delivered by Arman Koochak on my day off. The next day i arrive to find a large desktop, not suitable for the space, installed FAN SIDE DOWN IN THE SPACE. THE MAN IS A MORON! Once again i have to chase Arman Koochak, and for this size motherboard you need this size case, BUT IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. After numerous texts, he wont answer phone, never in shop, i am told if i don't want to give someone in the computer business a BAD REVIEW, a threat i believe. Arman Koochak eventually agrees to get the right size computer to , comes , takes away my server again, disappears for weeks, tells me he is trying to get the right size case, more stories. Arman Koochak then delivers a pc, while i am on holidays. My receptionist calls me to ask why we have received the same pc back, not what we ordered. Contacting Arman Koochak he tells me i never gave him specifications and to FUCK OFF. I ask for a refund and am told i can't get a refund on a custom made pc, BUT, i never got the PC i ordered. More threats, more FUCK OFFS. Now i am taking ARMAN KOOCHAK to court to get my money back and buy a mini tower pc from a reputable company. Since telling other businesse nearby & talking to my clients, more stories have come to light of ARMAN KOOCHAK stealing from a Professor at the Ear, Nose & Throat Hospital who lost a lot of very important work. If you look down the reviews you will see he has family members giving good reviews, everything is false. He isn't VAT registered even though he purports to have 3 shops. "I don't charge VAT so i can be cheaper" he says. So now it's time to contact HMRC & BBC Watchdog. Unfortunately Yelp doesn't allow you to give 0 stars.

When asked about this, the Data Recovery Lab denied all knowledge or responsibility and refused to cooperate with the second company. They were rude and shouted at me over the phone.
