I've worked with graphic artists before, but she was very personable and worked on my project as if it were her own. I went there looking for help getting my online store off the ground, and after learning what I needed/wanted, they paired me with Good Work. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them - I had a meeting with Summer from Good Work and we went over ideas of what I needed and what I wanted my site to look like, and within a couple of weeks they came back to me with a beautiful initial web design draft. I gave them a few tweaks, and ended up with a website that I often get compliments on. They were really helpful in showing me how to use the shopping cart software and have been very helpful since then any time I've run into questions or problems. I recently recommended them to another local business for a new website design, and I've seen the initial sketches, and again, their website is going to look amazing. I haven't had experience using their marketing services, but based on my previous experiences with them, I'm sure they would be equally excellent.

DRD was very fairly priced, always on time and always exactly as specified. Dan is honest up front about the cost and timeline and sticks to them, often beating deadlines by days and weeks (which is unheard of in app development). They are capable of making websites, programming in IOS or Android, managing marketing campaigns and creating promotional material. I had my app finished, website created, and marketing all done through Down River Design, at a tenth of the charge I might expect from another contractor. Today I received some great organic downloads of my product and my very first sale! Thank you Dan!!

Before I get to the main body of my review, I want to mention their old location. Located on Camp Street in a very old building, the amount of history in that place was truly amazing. In their case were old police badges, old signs, etc. that they had made throughout the years. I was really sad to see them move from the old spot, but the new place is much more customer friendly. Now in Mid-City, there is ample street and lot parking. Inside the store is clean, modern and efficient. There are many items on display that show the range of things they can create. Everything from vinyl signs to super high end markers for mausoleums. The favorite piece of mine is the old wheelbarrow branded with the Ed Smith logo prominently displayed in the lobby. But looking at cool things is not why I come. I have had many different items made by Ed Smith over the years including name tags, desk name plates, office door plates and most recently self-inking stamps. The quality of their stamps is first rate. They even handled a difficult custom job for me that I picked up today. While not cheap, I have never seen a self- inking stamp so large or so clear. The staff are very helpful and even willing to deal with difficult customers who have unrealistic expectations (Me). I am sure you can go to some national company for these kinds of things, but trust me, Ed Smith is the best at what they do, and they are local.
