Gear up made shirts for my daughters team. The shirt we ordered was to small. My wife went to Gear Up to see about getting a larger size. After they argued about the size we had received a larger size was ordered which is all she wanted. When the larger shirt arrived it was actually smaller then the first. This is troubling since she asked for a larger shirt. I took both shirts in to show them the size difference the lady that was working that day was very nice. She took the new smaller shirt and was going to order a bigger one. Three days later I receive a call from Joe about the shirt. He told me that the size we ordered would be small... this baffles me when my wife wanted a bigger shirt. In my frustration I told him to just forget about it. He obviously doesn't know the sizes he has or how they fit. I see no reason why he has to argue. (Evidently singe doesn't have to give a refund or a new shirt)Customer service is not his thing and he should try to stick to just making shirts and not talking to people. I now have a $25 shirt that I can't use that is not bigger then the original as ordered. read more

I will never suggest going to these people. Very unprofessional. I was at another place of business and he I'm assuming the owner came in with a box put it down on the counter. The lady at the counter was going to give him the messed up ones but he said to keep them and to never contact them again. That was VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!! Gear Up Adrian did a great job for me when ordering t shirts for our annual family get-together!! I gave them the tough task of imprinting shirts for people sizes 2T to XXTall-- they were so helpful in finding shirts for all those sizes that matched! I had some ideas as to what I wanted on the shirts; they did mock-ups of the finished product and e-mailed them to me for my approval, but also used my ideas, and made them better. The shirts were reasonably priced, looked amazing, and were finished even before the date they gave me-- their service, helpfulness, and products are second to none! They will be my go-to place for personalized clothing from now on. read more
