Before 12 I text them to ensure they would for sure be there at the time they said they would be. By 1:30 they had not shown when I tried to call and text no one answered. By 2 they finally text and asked if it would be okay to change the time between 3-4. I let them know this was okay as long as they would for sure be there as my grandparents are elderly and fragile. Right before 4 they text and stated they would be unable to make it out. So not only did they cancel once but twice within one day!
