Arc is slightly different because they employ real people to get their scrubbers out and get to all those stubborn bits and underneath bits and wheel bits that a machine just never reaches. You get all that plus you also get the fun bit of driving through machine. I am still drawn towards triple coloured foam because it looks pretty (and it does seem to do a good job of getting rid of the grime) ! Car washes start from £2.90 and a valet will cost from £20. I've never been tempted to get someone else to clean my car out for me, but judging by the smell of it I think i'll be giving their service a try very soon. Also I like that its a nice clean looking place in an easy to access location. Garages can be so off putting but this is place is great.

You pick a service.... (Cheapest is less than £2.00) The attendant scrubs off any nasty stains and treats your wheels to a rub and a tickle.... then You let the handbreak off and let the machine do the work! Easy peasy! I went a few months ago with only £1.95 in my purse so I requested the cheapest clean which I am sure is £1.80. When I got to the attendent she said that my car was so dirty it needed a higher priced wash. I agreed with her about my car being a little dirt box but explained I only had limited cash on me. She laughed and took what I had before giving my car a damn good scrubbing for no extra cost! Result!

This is the St David's offering and its far cheaper than any of the cities NCP's, its above all the shops so you can't get any more convenient and there is always space. Parking will cost you about a pound an hour unless your there over 4 hours when it goes up. After 5pm it only costs £1 for the evening, perfect for late night shopping or a meal out. You can get your car washed too for a fiver! The slight problem is it takes about 5 minutes of driving through a circular tube up to the car parking levels. I have an intense fear of breaking down everytime I go in and leave. The other reason I wanted to mention this car park is the little known view you get of the city from the top. Really if you want to get an ariel view of all of Cardiff's sites, take a trip up there!

A few times now I have been the one who has had to take it in for its annual service or to get something checked out on it and the staff are always so good to me. For example they drive me into town and pick me up when the car is done so I don't have to waste time sitting around waiting, and whats more they always stick to their times. Sales wise I wouldn't know what they are like, I guess the same as anywhere else thats trying to sell you something. But at least they have a nice shiney building for you to do all your negotiating in and good after care service! They also sell Mitsubishi and Skoda's.

I serviced my car there for the first time but the experience was average. They quickly investigated my problems and rectified them immediately. To me this is very very impressive. My MOT was expired which I didn't realise. Since they have my record on their database they reminded me that. The price was reasonable too. They also gave me a nice DSG Leon as courtesy car and I was very happy about it. I have only been driving a manual Leon and never knew what DSG is felt like. I would definitely use White Dove again.
