I can't say enough good things about Lalo and Letty at Lalo's. Even though they weren't able to…read morerepair my vehicle because it required specialized Honda dealership equipment, they went above and beyond to help me. They performed a thorough diagnostic, clearly explained the issue, and gave me excellent recommendations on the best next steps. They also allowed me to safely store my vehicle at their shop until I could arrange to have it towed back to California, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers are hard to find. Instead of trying to sell me on repairs they couldn't properly perform, they were upfront and guided me in the right direction. I truly appreciate everything Lalo and Letty did for me and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service. Thank you both for making a difficult situation much easier!

Our truck had total brake failure. We had it towed in to repair the brakes. Knowing that we had…read moreheavy duty brake pads and rotors put on 2300 miles previous, we asked that all old brake parts be saved for inspection for damage. While in the shop, work on suspension was also suggested. We did not have them work on the suspension. When "repairs" were done, they had conveniently not saved the "damaged pads and rotors". There had been no grinding or squealing to indicate that pads had worn into the rotors. Those "repairs" ran over $2000 and bought us about 5 months when the brakes went into failure again. This time, we took the truck to an independent shop. The shop found black brake fluid and an occluded line. The brake line was connected to the master cylinder at an angle and was one turn from coming undone. At best Parker may have topped off the brake fluid but clearly didn't change it or bleed the line. And while we were charged for a new master cylinder, it didn't appear to have been recently replaced. Without knowing that suspension work had been recommended, the independent shop had done a visual inspection and determined that everything in the suspension system "looked good". So basically, Parker Ford charged us for unneeded parts, charged for a part (master cylinder) that didn't appear to be replaced, failed to properly and adequately repair the brake system, and recommended unnecessary repairs. As far as we're concerned, Parker Ford can't be trusted.

Huge props to the Service team at Bradley!…read more Wednesday morning, when bringing my boat to Parker for service before memorial weekend, the check engine light on my 2023 GMC Sierra came on. I had my Dad and two year old son with me. Lucked out and made it to drop the boat off. Drove straight to Bradley Chevrolet. On the way, I got a message saying my acceleration was limited. Arrived and Kim checked us in. They started diagnosing right away. Everyone at the dealership was kind to us as we wandered around to kill time and entertain the little man. After an hour, Kim told me the coolant control valve was bad. They had it in stock but needed to keep the truck 2 nights to fix it. Kim noticed my son, and immediately went to work scrounging up a loaner car so we could go back to the river and have fun. We were so grateful. The next morning I got a call that my truck was ready - ahead of schedule. Picked it up and enjoyed the long weekend on the water. Drove home to So Cal with no issues. I couldn't believe the awesome experience we had in such a relatively remote area - all covered under GM factory warranty. Thank you to Kim Lympany who handled all the arrangements and Mike Bell who did a great job fixing my truck. I'm grateful and so impressed!

It took over a week for them to get it fixed, stating it was a priority. We called and left messages for status updates, only for them to go unanswered. When we finally went to pick the truck up it was like we were a bothering them by showing up. They had us wait for a good 45 minutes before handing us keys, taking our check, then waving us out the door. We didn't get far before finding out there was no antenna for the stereo and a check engine light popped on. Took it back and they cleared the code that the tech forgot to clear, said they'd find the antenna and call us. They lost the antenna, so they're ordering a new one. Weeks later and traveling we find out the tire jack is missing pieces, including the spare tire key. Now we're out the additional cost of getting that addressed not to mention the inconvenience of the entire situation. Wouldn't work with this dealership again, purely based on how we were treated when we went to pick up the truck, not to mention all the other things
