Tri TEC has worked on my 03 7.3 for many many years, I would go any where else, actually I don't think there is any other shop to go to, that's my 2 cents worth PS; ever person that works there is awesome, read more

Tri-tech is number one. I went through several shops before I found tritech they turned out to be the best thing that could have ever happened to me as far as a mechanic. They are honest reliable proficient very hard to find in this town I'm sure there are other good shops but once you find one you tend to just stick with the one at least that's what I did and I've had nothing but excellent customer service they're a little spendy but you know my dad always told me you get what you pay for son there isn't that the truth they do excellent work they treat you like family I feel like family thank you try tech if you haven't tried them definitely give him a try. read more

Best place in Havasu . Owner and staff really care. They do a great job on our 2020 grand Cherokee

I took my Truck to have work completed. I supplied the parts informed the receptionist two times that parts were in cab. I called her second time to explain, she was busy said owner would call me back before working on my vehicle. Didn't happen! Parts were in passenger seat next to Mechanic who worked on car. Owner Uninformed by his staff ordered the same part from his supplier, AT TWICE THE COST of what I had supplied. $200 down the drain due to bad communication. He said I could return the part to Walmart (best place to shop for quality parts first) The shop and Mechanics are top notch, However be sure to talk directly to the owner to get your information across. Also my opinion take your own Oils filters and parts if you know what you need. $130 per hour shop cost and the parts are still marked up. Lesson learned, Lost a costumer! read more

These guys are the best! I was two hours away and my Ford truck started cutting out and I thought for sure, I'd be stranded. I called the dealer in Havasu, they were rude and if no help. They actually recommended Tri-Tech. I got them on the phone and they were waiting for me when I pulled in. They were extremely communicative throughout the process. I strongly recommend this business! read more

For A long time the mechanic Pete was fixing my 1998 Honda Accord. I only hope that they can understand that I can't always afford to buy there car parts that I had no other choice but to go to O'Reilly's or Auto zone and get the parts that I needed for my car and pay for the mechanics time Why because when you are on Government Assistance and car parts are and can be expensive I have to get the car parts that are cheap I can't always afford to buy expensive car parts and this 63-year old medically handicapped woman cannot do a lot of mechanical work and I needed help but they told me that I can't get my car fixed there any more because I bring in the car parts. Why can't they understand read more

Was in havasu for a family vacation when the oil cooler went out in my 6.0 Ford Diesel. These guys were life savers! Got the job done in less than 2 days and even dropped the truck back at our residence for me ! Professional , courteous , and on their game! Very happy with the fix and their suggestions on the other parts to accommodate my journey home! Thanks , considering future services here rather than where I live in California.... read more

Danny, Thank you for taking care of this in a professional timely manner. I was so pleased that you took time out of your busy day to make things right. My car is running great and I am happy with then quality of work I received. read more

Terrible quality and shameful communication . I had my 97 Ford F250HD in for a main seal change. Drove to Quartzite and back to LHC, dripping oil from 3 oil pan bolts. I retorqued them and fixed that issue. Now the main seal is dripping. One of the tie rods is making a noise, now. So, I'll limp it back to WA. I don't have the time or patience for them to look at it further. Can't recommend them!! The tranny seal died in Nevada. Now waiting a week for new tranny. Owner tried to correct it with insurance but, "it's my fault", the tranny failed. So the tranny, never had a problem with it before they messed with it. So it boils down to, proving I drove it 350 miles and it fails or they did t align the tranny correctly and had to muscle it in. Anyway, the owner will bail along with his "insurance", and disappear. At least their capable of flushing the radiator. read more

This repair shop is just the best! There is never a good time to have engine problems and this time especially. I was under some time restraints as I was towing my 5th wheel and was over 400 miles from home (Havasu). Under careful advise from DJ I was able limp home (truck only). One day later I was returning to get my trailer in a truck that now runs like new. Thanks DJ and your crew for getting me in, expediting the repairs, and getting me back on the road so fast. This company is amazing! I'm from California and I was on my way to Havasu and 110° weather when my air decided to go out. I had a leak and needed my air to be recharged. The dealership of course wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. So I called around and no one could help me, but tri tech auto took me in right away and they made sure they fixed my car before the weekend so I could get home to California. They were quick, efficient and cost friendly. Thank you guys so much! read more

Sorry for the lengthy testimony but I'm extremely pleased with Tri Tech Auto and highly recommend their mechanics for all your repair needs. When we arrived in Lake Havasu we were in need of diesel repair. I was already interested in Bulletproofing my Ford F350 6.0 engine. When I spoke to Danny, the owner and told him what the symptoms were he pretty much diagnosed my problems over the phone. I went ahead and did the full Bulletproof and I'm so happy with the outcome. I had researched bulletproofdiesel.com and liked what I saw to improve the reliability of the 6.0 engine. Tri Tech Auto is a preferred BulletproofDiesel.com installer. I really appreciate Mechanic Scott Stutler for taking the time to show me what had failed the ERG cooler. When I stopped by occasionally Scott took the time to discuss what he was doing. I had never been treated so kindly by any mechanic shop before. Thank you all Danny, DJ, Scott and Jodie and fellow employees, you guys ROCK! Ike Jimenez read more

We needed a new radiator and they quoted us at a reasonable price. As they were fixing it, they told us we needed new front brakes, 190 dollars. My husband decided to fix it by himself. 25 bucks for the breaks and easy to replace. Any mechanic you go to charges too much. They do wash your car after the repair read more

I don't know how to thank Danny at Tri Tech Auto enough. The service I have received here over the past nearly 20 years is beyond description. My grandson's truck was making funny noises a few days before this review and when I asked Danny if he would mind going to check on the truck he gladly accepted even though I don't think he normally make road calls. I didn't want the kid to drive to Danny and harm something more than it may already be harmed. And the kid was somewhat close by. Long story short the engine appeared as though it might be toast! And as luck would have it Christmas was only a few days away so there was no expectation the truck would be running any time until after New Years. So we called a tow truck and left the kid's truck with Danny. We got an unexpected phone call on Christmas Eve Day from Danny saying he was able to repair the truck. What was thought to be a blown engine turned into and almost sucked valve that didn't destroy the motor. Morale here is that if you hear a strange noise stop before you cause significant damage. Anyway, thanks to Danny and crew there was a bright spot for us for Christmas. In all of the near 20 years I have lived in Lake Havasu nobody but Danny has ever touched a car I own and never will. He treats his customers well and all the work is excellent. I never hesitate recommending Tri Tech Auto to whoever asks me if I know a good mechanic. And those who I have referred have nothing but praise for the workmanship here. read more

Danny and team, thanks again for saving the day with our Ford campervan. I love the family feel your shop brings. Your honesty is truly appreciated. I'm hoping we don't have any more issues traveling through Havasu, but if we do we will make sure to come to you first! - Las Vegas, NV read more

Was referred to this shop while visiting family. We have and issues with our bmw air conditioning. We wanted to have it looked out due to the long trip home in 90 decree weather. Danny was excellent at letting me know what the issue within 2 hours of dropping it off. It was only a fuse for one of the fans that run to keep both the air and engine cool. If it had not been fixed we could have easy overheated driving home Repair was quick an affordable. I wish we had more mechanics like tri tech were we live. read more

TriTech was recommended to me by the place I had the oil changed in my 2002 Mustang Convertible. As the car had some front end issues so took the car here. I'll be back when the car needs an oil change again! read more

I have been taking my car, my wife's car and my mother in laws cars here for quite some time. I know Danny and his techs, they are honest and will not cheat anyone. I have recommended several friends to take their cars here and have not had anything but good experiences from any of them. My wife drives 150 miles a day and her car and safety are the utmost important to me, so I have her car serviced here regularly and they have never let me down. Sometimes stuff wears out and it's always tough to hear, but maintenance is THE most important thing to keep a car going and safe. This review is two weeks late. My apologies to Tri-Tech and Danny. The wife, myself and our dogs were out enjoying Lake Havasu for four days two weeks ago when the A/C in our 2002 Excursion became unsafe for our pups. It would blow cool, not cold like it used to, and only through the defrost vents. It was a Sunday so we needed this fixed ASAP on Monday for our ride home Tuesday. Went online to find a shop. Two popped up. Took it to Bob's My Shop first. The gentleman sitting in his chair wasn't much help and wasn't much interested in helping. Off to Tri-Tech. The service writer/owner (her name escapes me. My apologies to her) said they were very busy, but she would talk to a Danny about it. Danny came over, we talked. I explained we wanted to get out on the lake by late morning and he said he'll take a look at it right now and report back to me. 20 minutes later he found the problem. A rat chewed through one of the vacuum lines. Unfortunately, Danny couldn't tell just yet what else was damaged. He quoted two hours labor and said, "let's see where we are after that." I was pleasantly surprised when he walked into the waiting room in just under two hours and said you're good to go. Five stars to Danny and team for getting me on my way and not breaking the bank doing it. Many thanks Danny! ~Mike read more

Thieves ,dishonest and prey on women. DONT GIVE THIS SHOP ONE PENNY. My girlfriend had her Lexus towed in for a dead battery. The owner of this business tried to convince her that she needed a new $1100 throttlebody for her car. We knew there was nothing wrong with her car, all they needed to do was install a new battery and reset the computer. She has been driving the car without incident for the last year. Stay away from these guys. read more
