I was very concerned that we were in over our heads with trying to get it repaired quickly and correctly. As usual when you are having to do emergency repairs you can expect to pay a premium cost. We were very fortunate that the structural damage was minimal and it mostly affected the drywall and inside furnishings. Running into Chris was a total blessing. He clearly understood our time critical situation and was very empathetic with us. We were pleasantly surprised that he came to inspect the repairs needed on the same day and within 5 days our worries were put to rest. Our problem was fixed in a very timely manner and reasonably priced. We cannot thank him enough for his professional approach and great customer service.

Gutter repair man came out and connected the gutters using some sort of glue, the repair man said the original steel gutter support that was ruined & just tossed on the ground was " cut & there was absolutely no reason for it" I do believe this was done out of spite as the roofers were packing up to leave, due to the fact that I did not offer them a tip. Well, this old woman could not afford a tip after paying what I did for a new roof!! Repair of the gutter cost me $95.00 & this company refuses to reimburse me. I have the gutter support piece safely put away for the day I'll need to take them to small claims court.

He blames her saying she has had someone else up there, trying to get out of his guarantee and now he will not honor the work he did. I think he actually miss diagnosed the leak area in the first place but it really it makes no difference. The company stole my mothers money and hassles her every time there is a problem. Charles came in and gave us an estimate and approximate time it would take for him to lay our beautiful ceramic tile floor. We bought and had delivered all the items he would need to do the job; tile and grout. He was great in giving us all the amounts we'd need. We also helped the cost by making sure the floor was ready for him, scraped up all the old LVP and linoleum that was underneath, swept everything and emptied the areas he'd be working. Charles and Mike arrive on the day he arranged with us, ready to work. We had him set up in the garage for his convenience so that we could lock up his equipment while he worked on the floor. He's very meticulous in his layout and execution; is full of information, and really knows what he's doing. His assistant, Mike was friendly and while he's still in the learning phase of this type of work, he was always moving and learning. They made a fantastic team. By the time they were finished, we had a beautiful floor in the entryway, living room, and both bathrooms as well as the halls leading to the bedrooms. His crew cleaned up all the debris and were very friendly and efficient. Just last week we discovered a major new problem with the roof on the back section of the house.
