I ordered flowers from Interflora online on Thursday the 12th of July 2018 for a young women who turn 18. They were delivered to the person on Friday the 13th of July 2018. the arrangement looked nothing like the picture it was full of bush leaves and very few flowers not in the correct basket no pink satin ribbon. I rang Interflora and sent them a photo they said it wasn't good enough and we organized for the correct ones to be delivered on Monday the 16th. the florist waited till after the delivery van had left to contact Interflora say the didn't have the correct basket but would put them in a ceramic container but due to the fact the delivery van had left they wouldn't be delivered till tommorow. this is not good enough and i would certainly not be I ordered flowers from Interflora online on Thursday the 12th of July 2018 for a young women who turn 18.
