I think where other people have come unstuck in comparing prices is the fact that jefferies farm often have very high spec cars, leather , aircon, ect. so you have to make sure you are comparing like for like. I found them to be very good on price. they gave me quite a good deal on my old car too, not quite as much as i had hoped but not bad. on the whole very good I thought. recommend - yes

I finally…read moreget told they are working on the clutch on the 15th then get told on 17th I also need a new fly wheel (another £250) it's now 19th of august car is still not ready as bolts missing on the parts. not going to be ready until at least Monday 22nd. 2 weeks to fix a clutch and fly wheel and £1500 for the price ledge and no courtesy car available. Absolute shambles. Stay away

Informed at the desk the car would be looked at first thing in the morning as space was free. Heard nothing all day so called the next morning and my car had not even been looked at. I had to leave the car there for 3 days. Debbie told me on phone worse case scenario and best case ranging from £120 plus VAT to max £240 plus Vat depending on whether first prognosis was succesful. expected higher end tbh around £288. When i called after 3 days guy informed me, good news!, first action worked no need for extra work..total £365!!!. when i informed him i was given £120 plus VAT he was flippant and just said it could have been worse. Be mindful if you are with the RAC this is where you are urged to go and it will not be the price on the tin..

Friendly sales people, not pushy allow you to drive as many cars as you want…read more Prices are not as cheap -as the ads imply - you can buy newer cars much cheaper privately and they still have manufacturer warranty. Some cars were the same or only slightly less than main dealer pricing. Trade in price was 25% lower than quoted elsewhere. End result? Instead of buying from them I sold my car privately and made 2500 more. I then found a bunch of 2010 cars on autotrader- ended up buying from a dealer and getting the same price on a 2010 as a 2007 at Unbeatable - end result ...saved 3500 going elsewhere. Sorry Unbeatable .....but I beat you.....

Friendly staff, but that's it…read more Expensive cars and on collecting my car with just 900 miles on it I found parts missing from my car, scratches on body work and agreed fixes only part done. (seeing as this was a nearly new car I didn't think it'd need many fixes but there we go). Parcel shelf missing along with boot liner missing among other things. They still have the car even though I've paid for it now, to fix the scratches. I have part exchanged a 7 seater for a new 7 seater, they offered me a Peugeot 107 as a courtesy car. Quite unacceptable. They couldn't even fix the new number plate on straight (like most cars there, an import from Ireland). All wonky. To which I got a response that they used the same factory screw holes. (Completely side stepping the fact they had to drill new holes in the new number plate). Just small things that they could do to complete the sale and ensure customer satisfaction. Left without my new car, my old car and feeling low.
