Our family feels we won the lottery when we found Sheila Denburger to sell our family home. Bob and Violet raised four boys in the home they owned for 60 years. Sheila not only excelled as a full-service realtor, but she also had all our backs. She arranged numerous showings with multiple bids. She allowed my parents to close in their living room. She tutored us through the many things we needed to do. She cleaned and vacuumed floors the night before the close. She even deposited the check for us. This place just started a year ago with lacking of professionalism lacking of experience in titling…read morethey don't know what they doing. Not enough knowledge in this field lacking of communication. I do not recommend this place for any real estate transactions beware. Stay away from this place. This was a waste of my time dealing with Danyel that's all she did waste my time. Do your self a favor look for another title & escrow company. This place is a shame.
