Arnold's typically sells grass/grain fed beef as that's what most people seem to prefer, but they have graciously brought in 100% grass fed/finished beef for us and some other customers with their Iowa beef shipment and it's been delicious! Much better than other grass fed/finished halves we've purchased from other farms & the family actually prefers eating in with our Arnold's steaks rather than dining out. Arnold's handles the entire process from dispatch to packaging. For 1/2 cows they cut and package based on our preferences and even agreed to do a 21 day hang time to further tenderize the meat.
