Our attorneys also represent clients in criminal tax investigations and prosecutions at the federal, state, and local levels.

Established in 2009.
Gatherwright Freeman & Associates was founded in 2009 to give individuals and businesses in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati experienced, local help with tax problems. Since then, we've become a firm that CPAs, financial advisors and other attorneys across the region trust and refer their clients to.
Our attorneys, including Jennifer Gatherwright and Jessica Craven, are well known in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati tax community. When you call us, you work directly with a tax attorney who knows the local IRS and state revenue offices, not a call center or a salesperson.

Meet the Business Owner: Jennifer G.
Jennifer Gatherwright's practice includes both civil and criminal tax controversy, tax planning for businesses and individuals, and business transactions. She serves as corporate counsel for several local companies. Jennifer practiced with tax guru Martin Horwitz until his passing in 2009 and thereafter began her current practice Gatherwright-Freeman. Jennifer's graduated from Salmon P. Chase Law School and has a Masters in Tax from the University of Cincinnati. She has served as an adjunct professor in the Political Science Department of Northern Kentucky University, a member of the Ford Motor Company Arbitration Board, and a member of Northern Kentucky's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
