I can't say enough good things about this veterinary clinic--it's a place I trust wholeheartedly…read more Every experience I've had here has been nothing short of exceptional. Not only are their prices incredibly fair, but the level of care and compassion they show is truly above and beyond. When my cat needed emergency surgery, I was terrified. They were already fully booked with surgical cases, but they still made my cat a priority. In that moment, they didn't just save my pet--they also supported a very anxious cat mom who was, let's just say, a little intense. Not once did they make me feel like a burden. They were endlessly patient, kind, and reassuring, answering every single question--even when I called back just minutes later with another one. Thanks to their dedication, my cat is alive and well today. I'm forever grateful. I also bring my dog here for routine checkups and occasional ear infections, and they've always been flexible and accommodating with scheduling. On several occasions, they've fit us in on short notice when my dog was in discomfort. This clinic has earned my deepest respect for their honesty, empathy, and unwavering commitment to excellent care. They treat every animal--and every pet parent--with the kindness and urgency we all hope for in moments of need.

As someone from the medical field, I called the vet and asked if they had availability for the day and if they could squeeze my dog in on that same day to get checked immediately due to his symptoms. The staff at the veterinary clinic were very attentive and caring towards my dog, and the visit lasted about 1.5 hours. During that time, my dog underwent an X-ray, blood work, and IV infusion. Fortunately, the diagnostic testing showed that everything was fine, and we just did preventative treatment. However, it is essential to note that the bill for the visit was expensive. If you are trying to budget your vet visit, there may be better places to go. However, since I have insurance for my dog, I usually go to locations that provide extra care. In conclusion, this clinic is a good option if you are looking for a veterinary clinic that provides thorough and attentive care for your pet. However, it may be more expensive than other options, so weighing the costs and benefits before deciding is essential.

I feel like the overall goals of the clinic have shifted far toward making profit since selling to private equity quite a few years ago. Theyre just... way less helpful than they used to be. Have performed lipoma removal surgery on my dog twice and did an excellent job. For the most part, the guidance on recovery was decent, but not the most helpful. My feelings about this started last year I believe or the year before when I got a notice that my dog was due for a checkup, so I made the appointment. When I arrived they had asked me why we were in, and I said I had gotten the notice that my dog was ready for a checkup. They looked at his records and determined he was not actually do for anything, but the vet still proceeded to take his heart rate, pet him, and charge me for the visit which I thought was crazy. After that visit, things have been so confusing scheduling wise. I feel my animals now have several vet visits a year, just for check ups and shots - when check ups and shots could clearly be done at the same time - and I just can't keep track of them. I've switched vets for all my animals. A vet is too expensive a choice for them to kind of disrespect my wallet the way they have.
