My wife and I have been full-time RVers for many years. I called Gateway RV and I almost immediately got a return call they came out the same day and at the precise time that they said they would they troubleshoot my rig and realized that my hot water tank had a leak. They replaced the hot water tank and went above and beyond by changing cheap plastic fittings for brass fittings. They also repaired in awning that was not operable.
