I had been using Ignite since they began to sell Spray Paint. I was a loyal customer and used them to purchase small amounts of Spanish Montana, Acme, Loop and Molotov Cans as well as streaks , tips, and Krink products. About a month ago I bought some cans and one was a Tall Boy (600ml) Loop Valencia Red. To my disappointment the can gave about 4 sprays and then something inside the can clogged the stream. I tried 5 different tips,k nothing. The can was defective. When I returned the can they tried the cn out and suddenly, after a day the can worked again. I said sorry , kept the can went back out and bam same thing , 3 sprays or so and the can clogged again. they replaced it with a different shade of red (which fucked up my piece) but then same thing , something defective in the can. When I returned iyt after a day, it did the same thing sprayed again, but this time I was like no, you have to replace it cuz its gonna clog again. To make a long story short, 3 consecutive cans, all same brand, Loop, same size 600ml all defective all cogged. This is where things went bad because when I asked for a refund they refused, tried to imply tyhe cans are good and that im the only person who has had any issues. Well it doesnt matter, the cans were bad, im not a new graf guy, got 25+ years doing this and when then tried to imply i was the problem , I said no problem Im done buying paint here. + they stopped carrying Montana. All they have is loop and acme and a few mad max . They dont deserve your business, fuck em there is a montana store downtown and Las Palmas Smokes sells Kobra , I will never use Ignite again! Sad.

I came in trying to buy a Dabrite 2.2 that works with the Dabrite mobile app, I asked it this was the latest version of Dabrite and the shopkeepers mistakenly told me yes. I took it home and tested, it did not work with the app as it was version 2.0. I took the device back and dropped it off after speaking with shopkeepers. Lou told them that he would drop off the correct device Monday. I wait over the weekend and come in Tuesday to pick up the Dabrite 2.2. When I show up, I ask to test the device using the mobile app. They allow me to and it still does not work, the new unit is also version 2.0 instead of 2.2. I let him know that and leave my name and number for a callback, I do not collect the new unit and I leave the original old unit at the store. I receive a callback from Lou telling me that since I bought other things in the same transaction, I need to give him money for those extra things, as if Lou isn't able to simply pay me the value of the Dabrite via Zelle/cash/Apple Pay. After three visits and multiple phone calls, I was done. I explained I could go through credit chargeback, Lou got angry with me and said I would not succeed and that he has a streak of winning credit chargebacks. I told him there's a first time for everything, hung up the phone and promptly blocked him. I would not do business with someone to treats their customers like this. Lou currently has both devices and refuses to pay me back the $350 the unit costs despite him selling me the wrong unit both times. I am now going through credit charge back process which is tedious. Please protect yourself and refrain from doing business with this man, or at the very least, do not buy large items from him as he will refuse to return it despite his shopkeepers falsely advertising that it was the latest version. STAY AWAY.
