Our lovely director Mrs. Vanessa knows each child by name. My daughter has some health issues and the staff has always taken such good care of her, any of my questions or concerns have been met and handled with sincerity. Little tyke has become our extended family. My daughter has thrived since she first started coming here. She went from being completely withdrawn and non verbal to social and incredibly articulate. She is also bilingual and starting to read at only 2. I'm very blessed to have a daycare that my daughter not only is safe in but is learning at an all exceptional level. Mrs. Vanessa has made some wonderful changes and makes a constant effort to get to know the other children as well as the families. She is by far a blessing and I am thrilled to have someone I trust this much with my daughter.

I'm assuming the turn around rate at this facility is high as well because there were several different teachers in this room in the short time my children attended. My 6yr old everyday would beg me not to let her come to daycare because we made a big mistake are her words. However my biggest issue is that the she hires people who I guess do not understand how to do their job effectively. The "teacher" (use this term loosely) did not do her job. She failed to communicate with me as the parent of the children. She never spoke or addressed me about anything. Per Margret she felt "uncomfortable ", but if that were the case she should not be a "teacher". Which is also a common thing throughout the entire facility. If they do not know you, you will not be greeted.Margaret complained about small issues that she should have been able to handle and nothing was ever her fault or within her job of handling. Our last straw was her treating my child (9) as a criminal over a toy that shouldn't have been brought to the daycare in the first place nor did he steal. I was not notified of any issues at pickup. My husband and I were notified of the issue at the end of business the next day right before pick up.Margaret is also a liar. If you would like to take your children here, beware if your kids are not raised by "them" they will be mistreated. Also if your children are telling you that any child care center was a mistake, they hate it, or feel uncomfortable there listen to them!

He is doing amazingly well there, and it shows every single day. His teacher is incredibly attentive, patient, and caring, and you can truly tell how much she loves what she does. Otis is learning so much his ABCs, fun learning songs, and even sign language! It's been such a joy watching him grow and gain confidence in this environment. What really stands out to me is how every teacher knows him. They talk to him, greet him in the hallways, and communicate with him as they pass by. It makes you feel like your child is genuinely known and valued, not just watched. I also love seeing how the older kids know him too hearing them call out his name is the sweetest thing and shows what a connected, loving environment this daycare has.
