Josh always took the time to provide detailed, patient explanations even when Dad came in with a "hot tip he heard in the clubhouse". More importantly, as Dad got older, he took the time to loop in my wife and I to be sure that everyone had all the information, even scheduling extra Zoom meetings for my wife and I when we moved to Texas. Josh and his team responded promptly to all requests and never failed to follow up to be sure that we had everything we needed. When Dad passed last year, Josh and his team helped us file life insurance claims, transfer accounts to Mom, and even when we made the difficult decision to close our account (we consolidated everything with our local Texas advisor), Josh's team helped us get everything promptly squared away. We really appreciate the years we worked with this group.
