Things are priced appropriately for a convenience store and the staff are always so sweet. I went one week without traveling this year and the cashier mentioned she noticed I wasn't there the previous week. I really appreciate their healthy options while traveling! Some of their nutrious and delicious offerings are: hard boiled eggs, fresh sandwiches with interesting pairings like ham and brie or turkey and provolone, Noosa yogurts, and delicious Duke's Shortys sausages. They also feature local items like Cactus Candy, lolipops with scorpions, and evem Desert Provisions spices and salts! My most unique purchase here: slipper socks. So good I bought a second pair here.

I found the cactus ring holder and explained I was mailing it and asked for recommendations so it remained intact. I was so taken care of with suggestions and extra bubble wrap for safe keeping. I attended a "candy making"class today featuring her products but at another local business ( Yolia Botánica) and it was a great experience. Plus I got to explore another local business I hadn't been to yet. Definitely check out the candy wherever you find it, but their St. Mary's location is definitely the outlet for their whole line. Plenty of parking in the food city parking lot. Store looks cool inside and out and they have a cool vending machine outside for quick picks. I know they do lots of local markets and events too!
