Canceled my membership for this place cause I noticed scratches on my front bumper from going through. I saw them previously and cleaned it with some scratch doctor...but here they are again. Showed the manager...no care at all about it other than to try to tell me I maybe did it some other place. Last thing I will have is someone placing blame on me. Won't ever use them again. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Had the membership. Went through right after the got new equipment and this happens. When brought to an employees attention I was told "we'll send it to corporate and nothing usually gets done about it." Basically im out of luck. I have a membership for which I pay 480 dollars a year. Today upon visiting this location I watched a manager take cash in lieu of the customer getting an "upgraded wash", I have it all on my dash cam. So this tells me I can just pay for the cheap membership or wash, throw him a 5 and get a 30 dollar wash. Seems like a way better deal than what I'm getting. Meanwhile, this "manager" can't even tell me to shift right or left so my tires go in correctly?! Why is there even an attendant there but to make sure you get into the tracks correctly and move you forward? Seems like a very unethical manager to have as the face of this location. read more

Wow! If you call location there is never an answer and a full voicemail. There is no phone number on the website for a corporate office, only email response. Got a reply and there was a phone number. Called and was told they are not going to answer phone and no one checks voicemail! That is what was actually said. Asked about bug juice added to membership and was told we do have options but they are not advertised. Realized this place is not worth the effort. Not going to put up with this type of "service". Said my family was tired of subpar, over priced washes with poor results and just going to cancel diamond membership. Customer service rep said "that sounds good". Not a bad place to clean your car. Staff is friendly but only reason we have to communicate with the staff is because the sticker in our car for the monthly membership does not work. Sadly it is every time. We need to push the help button. Really need to fix this. Otherwise not a bad place. It is kept clean and it's great to be able to vacuum the truck out after washing it. Quality is a big concern the left side and top of my car got washed but the right side did not, went out told the manager he said it's because I got the $10 monthly plan $10 monthly plan doesn't rinse the right side or rather the passenger side of your car when you get it washed, I have never heard of such B.S. in my life, after turning into a Kevin, he sent me back through the wash with the ceramic wash and it came out great! read more

I have never had any issues with this car wash. I have their ceramic shield package monthly plan. It's nice to be able to go to the car wash whenever I want and use the vacuums to clean out my car. Staff has always been very friendly, courteous, and helpful. read more

I always have a good experience at this car wash location. The membership tag always scans accurately and automatically opens the lift gate. The only improvement that I would like are cloths to be able to wipe down the inside of the vehicle and windshield inside. read more

Had an issue with my wash, they turn off all the brushes if you have ANY thing they deem an "accessory" on your vehicle. But, they don't tell you they are turning it off. So, you pay for the $20 wash and get the $5 wash. When I asked why the top half of my cat wasn't cleaned, I got "Oh well, we turned the brushes off and too bad" No offer for a refund on the extra I paid. I am pretty certain that's theft. read more

Three strikes you are out! First, car came out not clean after a wash with extra tire clean I paid for. Manger was rude and belittling. Told me, I should have paid for more extras in wash to get car cleaner. I said what? He later confessed that headquarters pushed employees to "up sale" to customers. So, your $10 wash ends like $13 or$16 etc. Complained, nothing done. Then machine broke and I told another manager on another visit. He said, go use another machine. Gee, thanks, how about Sir, we will fix this, and we apologize. Could you please go use another machine until we fix it? RUDE! Complained, nothing done. Then today, I went to use bathroom after wash. I was vacuuming car and needed to go. Manager said employees only can use bathroom. So, customers after they take your money and you have to go, then go somewhere else. Handicap people too bad, no bathroom, mom with 3 kids trying to vacuum and kids need to go, sorry. I had previously used bathroom as it was open to customers. Complained and was told a few people had been unclean in the bathroom and took toilet paper so the thousands of other customers will suffer for the few bad ones. Done with them forever! I frequent this car wash 3-4 times a month. You never know what kind of service you're going to get. Parts of the car wash frequently break down. Have given this car wash many tries, but my car is never clean when I go through. Doesn't matter how clean or how dirty my car is beforehand or if I get the basic wash or the most expensive wash.
