I'm pretty fanatical about keeping my car clean, so I became a monthly member of Carwash U to avoid paying extravagant amounts of money and for the convenience. I subscribe to the "Genius" package, which is 15 washes for $15 a month, and includes a complete wash, tire shine, a cloth to clean my interior/glass, and an air freshener of choice. The facility is very tidy and organized, and if you're a monthly subscriber, they put a sticker on your windshield so that when you arrive, you can just drive through without pushing any buttons. I've never had a negative experience here, whether with the staff or with the quality of the wash. My car always comes out spotless and shiny, with no issues to speak of. There are tons of vacuums available to use after your wash is done, and yes, these are the high-quality, "nothing gets past this sucker" machines that we all love. Also provided at each station are bottles of glass cleaner and degreaser to get your car all spin and span. If you're in the market for a top-notch establishment to suit your car cleaning needs, then give Carwash U a try. The car was left a nice sized dent in the front of my car! I was told that it "must've came from one of the rollers on the equipment that stopped working". My information was taken to pass along to the manager to begin the process of getting my car fixed. I've been trying to get in contact with the manager for the past 10 days with no response! I left my information on top of having a membership. They are well aware of my issue because when I went up there the assistant knew to tell me he would let the manager know I was still waiting on him. They do not answer the phone and the manager is never at the location. They are aware the dent came from them based off camera footage viewed with the assistant manager. I will be taking this a step further with corporate since management won't resolve my issue. I will also be cancelling my membership and getting car washes by hand going forward. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND based off management and response times, price increases, removal of towel service and knowledge of malfunctioning equipment without fixing. read more

Their hours are not correct for the "time change". I pulled in at 7:05 and was turned away due to hours have changed without publication of hours being changed. I was returning because there was blue soap I under all my rubber door seals that I needed washed off my new white SUV. I drove 15 mins after checking online to see if they were open till 8. Online said they were, but I was denied entry. Fix your online hours if you plan to change them seasonly. read more

I love the convenience of being able to drive through and go about my day with a clean car, but this review is prompted by my most recent visit. I have the midrange package for $15 which does not include the towel dry. That's fine because I'm usually in a hurry and don't want to wait; driving on the interstate will dry the car quickly enough. Today, however, I was headed home and took the time to towel dry it myself. Not only did the dryer miss a few spots, but now my hands are stained blue! This tells me that the rinse isn't doing it's job either! I even found blue crystals in my rubber seals where the soap dripped down after lifting the hatchback. How many layers of this crap have I unknowingly allowed on my brand new car?! I'll be canceling my membership ASAP. read more

This place is exceptional!! I'm very particular about the upkeep of my vehicles and this is the first car wash that my husband and I have been to that makes this easy. I used to love the DIY car washes until I tried Car Wash U's automatic wash. It leaves my cars so clean and shiny and it smells amazing!! They wipe the vehicles down afterwards. The staff is always pleasant and eager to help. You can tell they just want to do a good job and give their customers a wonderful experience. The owner is working hard to get everything that you'll need to clean your vehicle (ie vending machines). They have the compressed air blowers that makes cleaning crevices easy. The place is always clean and well kept. My husband and I both have memberships. We love this place, one of the best investments we've made!! You've got to try this place!!! read more
