I did not plan to spend more than 15 minutes - for I knew what I was looking for. I stayed for almost two hours. Isle after isle - in several green houses, full of unique flowers, vegetables, herbs, shrubs, full and beautiful hanging baskets - and all of this at the end of the season. Still an unbelievable selection. I live over 50 miles away, and am a long time gardener. I will never shop anywhere else, and especially not at the big discount stores. The service there is rarely found anywhere today. I filled a small pickup full of flowers and still did not spend what I would have on 6 or 7 plants at retail. Even after the drive I still saved much money, and recived a much higher quality and selection.- they have species of flowers that I have never seen in 30 years of gardening! June 30, 2019 is the last day of season. I do plan to visit again before they close for the season.

After the other place could not simply solution it in a simple, polite way that I would expect, I now had the assistance of 3 lovely young women at Huffman's who went to work and got me exactly what I needed. I had to be a little patient. I was willing to do that. Within an hour they secured me my rental and I was on my way. It changed everything for me that day. They turned a potentially horrible day into a beautiful one. So to the women who worked the rental desk in back of Huffman's - you were my hero this past Thursday. I think all of you were FABULOUS, kind, and killer at your job. Called this company to engage them in my landscaping needs on a Sat. Left a message for which the…read moregirl stated that the gentlemen that does landscaping would phone back that afternoon. I never received a call back. Two days later I phoned them again only to be manhandled by a woman that seemed simply irritated that I called. Between her rudeness and overbearing attitude on the phone, I was never able to express my needs or talk about options for landscaping services. She was quick to jump to conclusions through her "selective hearing". It was quite disappointing. If she had taken a moment to listen to her customer, she would have acquired a new customer, but instead chose to only pass judgment, not listen and then she simply hung up on me. As a business owner myself, I could never treat a customer as I was treated by this company. Especially when the customer pre-empted the call with "I would like to move my business to your company as I am unhappy with the company that I had hired previously. I have a front and back yard that needs landscaping and I'm looking to work with a company that make that happen for me." I would have treated that customer with respect, engaged them and offer excellent customer service, assisting in any way I could in order to gain that customer's confidence AND business. Not this gal. She was angry when she picked up the phone (as if she was not happy about being at her job) and showed as she proceeded to project that anger upon me in our short call. I feel that if a company doesn't "value" its customers from the first encounter, they certainly won't value your business at all. No thanks Frese. My money will be spent with a landscape company that cares, offers customer service, and is happy to get a call from a new customer!

I chose a very patriotic arrangement for my brother-in-law's funeral. The florist texted me that she didn't have the correct vase and didn't have the all the right flowers. I told her that the importance was the red, white, and blue for this Navy veteran. What I got as mostly red - no bright white, no blue that I could see. The RWB ribbon was a mesh rather than a solid ribbon as shown in the picture. I was VERY disappointed.
