We didn't choose the gourmet menu but it looked amazing... We were 2 adults and 3 kids... We all enjoyed our meals (children's menu was of a higher quality than most in Germany- REAL fish in fish sticks and beautiful white meat in chicken strips)... My husband ordered a plate featuring 2 different herring delicacies.. I ordered a simple soup (as I had been suffering under a stomach bug for previous 2 days) I swear that "Kraft bruhe" cured me!! I even ventured to dessert... An outstanding display of cakes, and assortment of ice cream creations ... A gin n tonic sorbet with lime and mint?!?? Oh yes yes I did! Wish I had another!!! We will definitely come back here next time we are in the area! I'll be sending my in-laws to this beautiful hotel and restaurant for sure!

I ate Käsespätzle and my husband ate Wildgoulash, both very tasty. The only problem was that inside the restaurant was too warm and the food smell was very intense, all windows were closed.
