This was the most amazing part of me and my wife's trip to Europe. Alexandra and Albert are wonderful hosts. They want you to feel welcome and at home, and everything about the bed & breakfast works together to create a comforting, one-of-a-kind experience. The rooms and the views from Ratsstuble are second to none. Not only did our room give us the feeling that we were at a spa, but the view looking into the valley from our patio was so great. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony just looking out and enjoying how quiet everything was. The breakfast was very good - wonderful selection of fresh pastries, fruit, meats, and cheeses. Not to mention fresh coffee and eggs anyway you would like them prepared. We also really enjoyed the fully stocked fridge and mini-bar. It was nice to be able to walk right down the hall and grab a beer to enjoy in your room our out on the patio. The location is great - secluded but not too far from everything. There are 4 or 5 restaurants and a couple of bakeries right at the bottom of the hill, and you have access to a swimming pool as well that is a 5 minute walk away. Can't wait to return and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat. read more
