We were met by service minded staff, dinner was tasteful and plenty, rooms were just perfect for our little family, breakfast was German style and everything was spiced up with the most amazing panoramic view of the surroundings. There computer system had canceled our Hotels.com reservation without notifying us. When we…read morearrived with our confirmation number they said they had no idea why our reservation was canceled by their computer system and they had no rooms available. We were traveling through Germany with friends. Thankfully their reservations had not been canceled. We were able to sleep on one of their pull out couches instead of in our rental car. The hotel did not do anything to compensate us. They barely apologized for the inconvenience. We had been previous guests at this hotel. Since the remodel the customer service has dropped dramatically. There was also a very loud wedding party there that Saturday night. There was no sign that the hotel tried to control their unruly guests. Needless to say this was a very disappointing and stressful part of our vacation.

Hotel is just fine. The price of breakfast it's not included in the room price. Rooms are fine…read morenothing unusual. Clean enough. Stuff is correct. We used that hotel just to spend a night during the travel. As always in Europe you need a password for wifi if you are tired and in rush you need to bother to ask at the reception. Not a big thing but annoying. For that price could be definitely better.
