I was lured into this place by the quaint and inviting front patio. While I've never been inside…read morethe restaurant, I must admit, upon being seated, the ambiance of the lush trees and perfectly tailored garden, amongst the candle-lit tables, was so aesthetically pleasing, I thought it would compensate for any shortcomings in the food department. Boy, was I wrong! Now, I'm aware, especially for Reinickendorf, Berlin seems to have a lack of impressive restaurants; so I wasn't expecting anything great - but this, this was literally horrible. My husband and I ordered escargot as an appetizer. While I know, if prepared poorly, it can taste pretty bad, I've never tasted escargot like this. It was so hard and chewy, almost impossible to chew, and tasted literally like a combination of dirt, grass, and lemon. I thought to my self, heck, they messed up the escargot, it happens. Who could possibly care with such gorgeous scenery. After the whole escargot debacle, I was starving by the time our entrees arrived. My husband and I both ordered a pizza each. When we received them we noticed they both were lacking sauce. The literally had almost no pizza sauce! I'd never seen such a thing. I was so hungry that I just cut into it and started eating, hoping for the best. About four bites in I just couldn't eat any more of it. It was just pizza dough, a tiny bit of cheese and salami. It tasted horrible. Both my husband and I were so let down by the place that we immediately asked for the bill and left. Now, I don't know if it was just a bad night or what, but it was seriously the WORST food my husband and I have ever eaten at a restaurant.

I went here last summer. We had a place on the terrace and we enjoyed the warm weather. Amazing…read moredishes. I enjoyed the starter the main and the dessert dish. The only thing that I can remember that I was suprised about the amount of the main dish. It was a little bit like huh? did they forgot some potatoes and vegetables. It was not a lot of food. Altough the meat was really amazing...pff :=)

A nice, cozy restaurant situated next to the Alt-Tempelhof bus stop and the Alt-Tempelhof U-Bahn…read morestation. It may look small from the outside, but it is actually quite commodious on the inside, and it also exudes a warm environment. The servers are quick to welcome guests, and they also speak English! Which is great because my German did not get me very far, but they still went ahead and tried to converse with me in German! (Good for practicing!) I had the lambrusco wine, and I am generally not a fan of wine, but this was really good! And it was a little over 4 Euros for 0,25L, not too bad. (: I also ordered the spaghetti with bacon and egg. The proportion was really good, and the price was only about 7,50 Euros. This DEFINITELY beats most Italian restaurants I have been to in California -- especially Olive Garden!! I really enjoyed my service and meal here. I may have to come back more often because it was that welcoming. (:

A pleasant venue with an extensive menu. I went for a tagliatelle with salmon in a cream…read moresauce...and that's literally what I got. Pasta, salmon, in cream. The pasta was cooked well, and it came loaded with salmon...but it lacked any flavour. I was disappointed and mentioned it to the waiter who immediately offered something else.
