They need a competitor in the area to put them out of business. They do not send anything and just assume you know how much to pay, where to pay, and when. When you call, they tell you they did send out notices and must have been lost in the mail. This happened 2 times to me now for different procedures in the last 3 years. Both times, the same exact thing. First notice to pay was from a creditor they sent my account to, again, without any notice to me. BE AWARE!!! Look up other reviews. It's not just me. HORRIBLE!

I went to Dr. Long in 2011 with stomach pains and she suggested a colonoscopy and found nothing. I…read morewas skeptical but was insured and it wasn't such a great cost to me. But recently I went to Dr. Long because I have not eaten 3 meals a day since Sept of 2017 and she suggested yet again another procedure. Two times in the span of 6 years she has suggested procedures. I really feel as though this is all she has to offer. This procedure in December of 2017 was very costly and I am very upset that I allowed Dr. Long to perform this procedure and in less than 15 minutes I was done and given my results of nothing yet again. Dr. Long found nothing in both procedures and I really feel as though she is ripping people off with wanting us to get procedures and finding nothing in the process. She was very sweet and convincing but I know now that getting 2nd opinions are very crucial and critical when it comes to her medical views. BE VERY AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

I see Sarah for office visits, who is amazing, although I formerly was a patient of Stephanie Deem, PA-C until she resigned in 2023. Drs. Razavi and Dr. Spiegel performed my outpatient diagnostic endoscopies at Reading Hospital on 2 separate occasions, and fellow docs Dr. Shogbesan and Dr. Farrell assisted and performed the procedures. I received excellent care here, as they took good care of me. Sarah also has excellent bedside manner and provides good advice. Doesn't rush through visits, and she is very thorough with physical exams and ordering tests. However, checkout is slow as this is a very busy office.

It gradually got worse during these eight weeks. I called but no expedited appt was possible. My dad is not a complainer and waited. Until they say he slumped over at home and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. There he finally saw one of them but had advanced esophageal cancer, a large mass mid esophagus. He suffered for two years until he passed. I'll always wonder what if he had been seen more promptly? The office staff was rude and are clueless about medicine. Our family no longer would ever see one of these poor excuses. I'm glad I saw today that they were held responsible for a woman's death. They are horrible. Office staff is low IQ garbage. Manager didn't seem to care either.

I did not hear from them so at 4:32 I called them. I was rudely told they are extremely busy and someone will call when they have the time. Hmm. One week later and still no call. I guess I will have to try and find another doctor or go back to the ER if I continue to have problems with my gall bladder. Another failure with this practice.

I do believe the nomenclature for this branch of medicine needs to be rectum-afied. Butt, lest I digress. My two visits to RGAL-ONE for pre-op and one for today's "cinematic feature" have been as pleasant as such an experience can be. Consider the crack team of doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists, and even receptionists: (now that's a colon!) informative, professional, patient, but - wholly sympathetic to the entire process. The facility is clean, modern, and I even fell asleep to the anesthesia with J.Giles "Angel in a Centerfold" crooning me to never-never land. I can only throw 4 stars out today due to the nature of the experience, but all revealed and truth be told, it was anal-ogous to any trip to the dentist: fearsome, necessary, yet good to know that business has been taken care of. Punny business aside, gastro health is obviously very important, and my experience with RGAL was of the highest caliber. With upwards of 30 clients examined each day, they obviously know their end of the business, and they do it efficiently, painlessly, and I'd go back to them if necessary, hands down. Thanks, RGAL, for making this visit as palatable as possible, but I hope not to see you (or, you see all of me) anytime soon!
