We reached out to the office when we were low on medication and they gave us a completely different med to hold us over. My wife once had to wait 30 minutes past her appointment because the staff wasn't there on time.

He thoroughly explains everything and genuinely listens to your questions and concerns. His bedside manner is exactly what you would hope your surgeon would have! He explains the procedure beforehand (even though you know what's happening) and is right there afterwards to tell you how it went (even if you don't remember because of the meds on board). I've entrusted him with my care multiple times and would happily do so again... if the situation called for it (but fingers crossed I stay injury-free).

Don't prescribe medications if you know a pharmacy won't fill it. My son had to have an ingrown toenail removed at 6 months old and Dr. Jones took amazing care of him. Gave us his personal cell phone number just in case we needed anything. Then when we needed to get back in a few days later for a "first time mommy concern" he personally saw to it that we were seen first thing that morning. Then a few months later when I needed to see a podiatrist of course I went to Dr. Jones and I myself had a great experience. I saw the other review on Yelp and could not disagree more. I think he is a great doctor with reasonable rates and a fabulous office staff!

Also real real good at explaining what would happen, what did happen, what would happen next, etc. The whole staff was very good at helping me stay as calm as possible before the surgeries. Almost no pain except the novocain needle pricks (and then of course after I got home). Dr. Dayton is the only Periodontist in town, but I would go back to him before I would go out of town for the same surgery.

On day one Dr Huffman took X-rays and sat down with me to discuss the problems in my lower back. We discussed a plan for dealing with my pain. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first.
