The urgent care is adequate, they will take care of patients to the best of their abilities, and they will refer you to the hospital if you seem to be in a serious condition. However, seeing the regular doctors, beyond an occasional annual visit is not recommended. Due to a restructuring of the entire clinic in the fall of 2022, with promotion of some individuals to top positions, they have started to issue punitive conditions on those that are of low income, or on disability, as well as those that have no regular, reliable, transportation, or just generally worse off than others. There is proof of Physician Asst and Nurse Practitioner's reports being altered specifically to grant the nursing management carte blanche' to enact procedures that are designed to force "unfavorable patients" to go elsewhere. Rampant lack of communication between departments. Without any warning or prior communication, the family practice NURSING Director will cut off your medication refills without warning, and you as a patient are just left to deal with it. This is your punishment for violating some rule you were not aware having a severe consequence to, such as not being aware that one must call several different receptionists on the same day if you are going to miss an appointment because the reschedule will not be noted and it will be marked as a no show. Patient medication will be targeted. My spouse was put into the hospital because of such reasons. And there is no patient recourse, and of course no one will explain or acknowledge these incidents. Fortunately, the hospital here in Casper, Wyoming is a much better medical facility. And there are other clinics. Zero stars!
