Happy with his services until he retired, we continue to be customers of the new dentist, Dr. Lance and are glad to recommend him. The new offices of GV Dentistry are being built on the spot we called home for 28 years. The large maple in the photo was behind our garage. So glad they kept it. Many family reunions, Fourth of July, birthday and two graduation parties were held in its shade.

I was back in town with…read moremy 9-year-old son visiting family when my son unfortunately fell down and had one of his top front teeth knocked out. Anyone who has experienced something like this knows there is a lot of blood, and it's extremely scary for both the kid and the parent. I was calm on the outside, but inside was completely unsure of what to do. It was a Saturday night around 9pm. I called my son's dentist in Seattle and got an out of office message with an emergency contact number. No one answered at the emergency number. I called my dad's local dentist and had the same experience: no one answered at the main number or the emergency number. Finally, I had to go to google and just start looking for emergency dental care. Lumbertown Dental was my first call and, after getting the regular office message, I called the emergency number that was given. Linda picked up on the second ring and I hastily explained what was going on. A few minutes into it I was told that Linda and Dr. Donley would meet us at the office in 20 minutes. We raced there with the tooth and a very scared little boy. Dr. Donley and Linda were truly wonderful. They put my son at ease, and Dr. Donley worked with the assurance that only comes with many long years of experience. A short time later, the tooth had been reinserted and braced. We left the office sometime around 10:30pm. All I can say is that you simply don't find that level of care and personal attention anymore. To find a dentist that not only answered the phone, but left home late at night on a Saturday night to help a little boy that isn't even a patient there... well, that's something remarkable. I won't go into detail, but the price we were charged was beyond reasonable. To put my little boy's smile back together I would've gladly paid much more. I don't have any experience with Lumbertown Dental beyond this one unfortunate evening, but I can say there's a level of integrity and dedication there that is truly hard to find.

No one answers calls besides the front desk who just answers to tell people that this urgent care is closed. Their notations are next to nothing to nothing at all so good luck checking your my chart for info and the front desk is not allowed to see more than the surface, you have to call a nurse to be able to see a little more. So basically, in general, Trinity Health is going down hard.
